I drove down and had Dan look at it and was confident he could get it out. I setup an appt for the following week. When I arrived back he said it would be two hrs. So I went and ran some errands. Well about an hr later he text me that my car was ready. When I came back I couldn't even find where the dent had been. And he said "it took less time than I thought, I'm going to charge you less." He's a true professional and very easy to talk to. We must have spent a half hr just talking about cars. Great experience and will be back for other vehicles. Wow!!

Fast forward to this week, I brought him my son's 1 year old car that had some minor but definitely noticeable dings on the door. Dan under promised but exceeded expectations, the repair turned out great and he did it without having to make any access holes. I would absolutely recommend him.

Mine was due to mailbox that jumped out in front of us on snowy winter evening (cash payment). In both cases, the repairs were excellent and matched the orignal finish. Work completed ahead of schedule too, a nice bonus. Rick provided the detailed estimates shortly after requesting quotes. My truck was a dark blue metallic and I was a bit concerned about a good paint match as these colors can be tricky to blend in with the factory finish. The color was spot on and the repair was undetectable. I dabbled in bodywork when younger and can appreciate the expertise of a good bodyshop. We had some follow up items that needed to be addressed - handled in a timely manner and without issue. They did not up charge anything and it ended up costing exactly what I was initially quoted. My car was ready right on time, even a little earlier than anticipated. They even cleaned the interior of my car (at no charge!) which was a pleasant surprise. Not only that but when I went in to pick up my car, the man at the desk (might've been the owner I'm not sure) was so professional and kind. He went over the paperwork and bill with me to ensure I understood everything. He was respectful, put things in layman's terms, and I did not feel rushed out the door. But what really stood out to me was that he spoke to me directly and not automatically my husband, who came with me. That's a huge deal to me because as a woman, oftentimes car people will just assume a man is in charge and only want to talk to them. You can just tell that these people really care about their customers and aren't cutting corners.
