Told them the tire I was looking for, they gave me a great price and said they would get them from their warehouse. They called me 2 hours later and said the tires were there! 2 hours later! Mavis Tire took a week and got the wrong tires in. We made an appointment for the next day. We checked the tires when we got there and were exactly what we asked for. Dropped the car off and went to have breakfast and do an errand. When we came back car was ready to go. Exactly the tires we asked for, and for the exact price quoted. Appointment the next day. You can't ask for more than that!!! All the other big box tires stores can't come close to the service you get from this place. Not to mention eternally relieved to have finally completed a state inspection. What would otherwise be classified as an innocuous, yet necessary tradition, you would be surprised how difficult it is to find a place to get a proper state inspection done IF you're new to the area and not quite sure where to go. Worse yet....if you happen to have tint on your front windows like I did, you'd be hard pressed to find a place that will even perform said inspection, as it apparently violates NH state law. Anyway, this place is fast, efficient, and the staff are very accommodating. They even have a spiffy little waiting area with coffee and everything. Also, they accept Apple Pay. Which....I didn't realize until AFTER I already paid them with my card. See, they have one of those scanners that displays the option as the total is presented. I told the lady at the front desk they should probably post a sticky on the front door mentioning as much. This is such a convenient spot for me to get my state inspection and whatever else done because it's so close to where I live. And affordable? You bet your ass they are! Merrimack Auto Center is worthy of 5 swiftly executed state inspections out of 5.

He plain didn't care. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, Ricardo was rude on the phone, kept saying OMG and putting the phone down instead of hearing me out..
