Paid $4,238.67 to DTM Autowerks for repairs on our 2018 VW Tiguan. They gave the car back with the check engine light still on after "passing" inspection, and it ended up spraying fuel and not starting at all. They refuse to respond to our emails. They told us they would call us back and never did. We were told to "sell it and buy Japanese." No support. Car is now being repossessed. Avoid this place. read more

former military/single dad Dtm did not perform a proper diagnostic on my vehicle instead the techs kept guessing. when I would ask what is the problem they never had a list prepared like every other reputable shop doing a diagnosis. they said it was one thing One week and another the next. when i questioned them about this they refused to work on my vehicle and ask me to remove my vehicle from there property. I would like to take a moment and talk about DTM Autowerks... I brought my Corvette to them... It's a 1995 so it's older and I take her to car shows and stuff... Last year she developed an OIL leak on the top end that resulted in me being worried about bringing her on long journey's and her fate... I thought about doing it myself but I use a storage facility for her because I have no Garage. I could have probably done it but pulling an Intake and redoing oil gallery gaskets I was worried that I would start it and then it would rain and then it would sit... It also needed to be inspected and I shopped around a few local shops... Ultimately I settled on DTM because a few folks recommended them... When I got there, there were a lot of cars in the lot waiting to be worked on... We agreed on a "Try not to go over this budget" figure, and off I went worried about my baby... It's been a few months... I took my baby to a Car show in Medford Mass... No issues no smell of burning oil... In fact, she seems to be running cooler and I'm wondering if they threw in the cooler thermostat that many Corvette owners do to get them to run cooler... I decided to Drive the Corvette to work this morning and I realized I was not worried about the car at all and realized that DTM had done exactly what I wanted... Made sure my car was safe and running well... I'm VERY happy with their work and they will probably continue to get my business when the Corvette needs something in the future... Give them a call... They seem to be doing it right and I want to also say that 2 weeks after I got a text from them asking if everything was OK and good with the Corvette... That was very cool... read more

I can't thank Chris and his team enough! They are quick, professional, and so incredibly helpful. They're awesome about fitting your schedule, super honest about what needs to be done and the labor involved, and their pricing is better than I've seen anywhere else. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I was always nervous about getting ripped off when I had to get work done, but DTM doesn't make me feel like that. I even overheard the owner offering to give a new customer a ride to work if needed so he could get his car fixed as soon as possible.
