So, I did. We had a long discussion, during which Farooq asked all the right detailed questions, so that he had a clear idea of what I wanted, and what I didn't want. To me, this is an extremely important step to ensure that everybody is on the same page for what was going to be done, with no surprises at the end. During the project, Farooq and his team kept me updated on their progress, including sending me a large number of in-process photos depicting each step in the process. When the project was complete, I had exactly what I wanted. Farooq and his team are extremely experienced professionals in the work that they perform. I will say, however, if you are looking for a 'deal' or 'discounted' work, then Go Auto is not for you. Top quality work costs money, so if you are looking for top quality work, then you need to be prepared to pay for it. Overpriced by 3x the average performance shop. Work quality was sub par. I paid $14.7k for tials, AMS downpipes, axle boot, axle torque, and full fluids flush including trans solenoid cleaning and spark plugs and valve cover gasket and injector hard wiring and a tune on ECUtek. Trans blew 2k miles later costing me $10k at sheps and when I had the new shop go through the car, everything that was touched by go auto had issues. Leaking coolant line, spark plugs not torqued to spec, tune was very rich causing issues etc etc I found 40+ owners in the area after going to go auto and come to find out it's just a money grab shop with mediocre level work and the shop cars are all the owners personal cars and he even mechanics lien someone's car out from under them and sold to his brother. Just too much shady stuff going on to let it slide. I would recommend avoiding at all cost. read more

I've had extensive custom work done on my Z that the dealer won't touch, so I was grateful to find a shop who's so knowledgeable about Nissan sports cars. Brought my car to them because my rim fell off my tire and I was not strong enough to kick it back on...They wanted me to make an appointment to go back the next day for them to do it. They F*ck? Really? I brought it to Valvoline and asked the same thing...the kid said...where's the rim? I handed it to him...4 seconds he put it on the tire, kicked it on...done. Now why the hell could these people not do that? What they want to put my car on a lift... put it on and then charge me for it? This was the second place I went after I went to the Meineke right next to it...who told me the same thing, "You need to make an appointment". To put my Fricken rim on? They had two cars...and like 5 employees. Not one of them could take 4 seconds to help me? Are they like Meineke where they want to charge me for it? GoAuto does exceptional work on my cars! Especially when working on my R35 (GTR). The Nissan Dealers who are authorized to only work on GTR's are horrible and they truly don't understand the in's and out's of this super car. GoAuto are the kings of the GTR world and usually fixes the repairs from the authorized dealers! As for service and performance upgrades you will not be disappointed. My GTR never ran better! Rude and disrespectful, talks down to customers and doesn't give an ounce of care for their stress. They did not complete the review on an inspection, missing repairs that could have been done at the same time as others included on an initial list. When I returned for follow up after completing the list of repairs necessary they went back on their review stating that other things needed to be completed, causing me to lose another day of work to repairs. In attempting to discuss the issue with the owner he hung the phone up on me and then left it off the hook. He has no idea how to deal with customers and rakes them over the coals financially, not completing tasks, wasting time. Owning a car is a privilege, but some of us need them for our lively hood. We live five hours from our son who lives in Nashua. We were looking for a family run, honest repair shop and thought we had found it here, but were we wrong! We based our choice on the good reviews that they had. However,we learned an important lesson, businesses can hide the negative reviews that people post on their Facebook page just as they did ours. We posted our our experience and they blocked it for public view but to us it appeared as it was still there. This just was another show of their dishonesty. They only display five star reviews. My husband could have fixed the car if we lived closer but had to depend on others. They charged my son an outrageous amount. The part my husband could have purchased himself for under $100.00 and it would have taken under ten minutes to install. They charged my son $384.00!!! My husband attempted to work with them and they would not budge at all.( my husband being a mechanic knows that you can work with people if you choose and can also choose to be honest)Not only are they not family friendly, they will rob you blind for minimal work.
