Here was what I said: "Need front bumper, underway, fender liners and one side skirt replaced. I have all the panels." And this was the response from "Herman S.": "Hi ; You have to come by an we can take look and give you an estimate. We are open tomorrow 10am to noon." So I hopped in the car and drove 30 minutes for the quote. A couple of guys came out, looked at the car, took the VIN, all my personally identifiable information and gave it to their boss... who promptly told me he won't do it because he doesn't use customer provided front bumpers. Apparently customer provided OEM bumpers don't work just the bumpers he orders. It's his shop and that's fine. What's not fine was that he wasted an hour of my time for something he literally could have said in a Yelp message. And now I'm left wondering what they plan on doing with my VIN, home address, phone number, and e-mail. I just read his response. I literally had never been to this area of Tewksbury before let alone his shop.

I was updated on May 30th that my vehicle would be completed the next day May 31st. They called me on May 31st and said the mirror was never ordered and they had to order it that day which meant I would have to wait until the mirror came in for completion. Now my 30 day insurance rental expired so I had to pay out of pocket for an additional 8 day rental. I picked up my car today June 8th and had to have them take it back in to buff the door they painted as it was scuffed. The Manager or owner never came out to apologize but they did make sure I paid my $300 deductible before I left. I would not recommend them to paint my toes never mind my car again.
