A delightful experience without any pressure or white knuckling negotiation. We felt like long lost family being taken care of by our loving uncle. Lots of inventory with something for everyone. Very accommodating and a very pleasant experience. Nancy L. Sudbury Ma.

I put in an inquiry on a yet another car after a day of HELL looking for a used car big enough for my family. I had experienced every play in the book by used car dealers in this one day. At the end of our day I thought, "Well, I have to keep looking. I don't have a choice." My car had burned in my driveway and was a total loss so I was desperate for a car. Used car salesmen love us Desperates. Then I got a call back from Bob from Truck World NE. He was WONDERFUL. Long story short- he did everything for me over the phone. I told him what I wanted, what I could (barely) afford and he told me "I'll get you in a car Valerie." Perhaps it was my exhaustion or his darling Boston accent, but I let it ride lol. He called me every step of the way. From his private cell. Brian called me every time he said he would. Just a week later, almost everything all set, I set out for the 3 hour drive to Truck World to get my car. I was pumped. Until I got into a car accident just 25 minutes away on 495. I called Bob's cell to let him know what happened and to tell him I wouldn't be making it in today. This man tells me he will figure out a way to help me! He came to pick my boyfriend and I up- at a gas station - I had to give him my horrible directions from the tow truck man. Bob shows up with his wife on his day off! He hugs me and says "what are friends for?" Bob and his wife bring my boyfriend and I to his business, he stays with us while Brian (who is a saint himself and a miracle worker) gets me all set- in my registered car- which they do, even for us out-of-staters, and then gives us a ball so I can tow my crunched up other car home with my new- GORGEOUS suburban. How do you thank two people for being amazing? The car is amazing. The owner is amazing. His wife is amazing. Brian is amazing. Drive the distance to a decent man. It's worth every penny, every minute. I love this place. I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as Truck World NE of Kingston, NH is open. Thank you Bob. Thank you Brian. I owe you so much. Andrew and I just love you guys. Valerie

Christina took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. She wasn't pushy at all and genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. A deeply disappointing experience -- would not recommend!…read more I moved from Washington to Massachusetts in the summer of 2025, and a few months later I finally decided it was time to look for a new car -- or at least a reliable used one. After months of searching and comparing options, I turned to CarFax to find something trustworthy. That's when I came across the Hyundai Kona that I genuinely fell in love with the moment I saw it on December 31, 2025. It felt like the perfect match after a long, exhausting search. I went to the dealership, asked all the right questions, and did everything a careful buyer is supposed to do. On January 6, 2026, after putting $2,000 down, I drove the car home believing I had finally made a solid, responsible purchase. I truly thought I was starting a new chapter with a dependable vehicle. Unfortunately, what followed tells a very different story. I'm already paying about $700 out of pocket for solenoid replacements and an oil change because the shop found white sludge in the engine. This is on a car I just bought from this dealership. Their "complimentary" oil change means nothing when the vehicle clearly wasn't properly inspected in the first place. I didn't buy this car blindly. I test‑drove it, asked questions, even had my fiancé on FaceTime asking the salesperson things directly. The moment I reached out about the check‑engine codes the car developed, the communication stopped. No reply, no concern, no accountability. This experience has convinced me to avoid dealerships entirely from now on. If you're considering buying a "certified" used car from them, bring your own mechanic, because their 130‑point inspection feels like nothing more than a sales pitch. Even the manager who finalized my paperwork gave me the same scripted lines about pricing and future repairs. None of it matched the reality of what I'm dealing with now. I expected payments under $300; instead, I'm paying almost $400 for a car that needed engine work almost immediately. The warranty has been useless, and the dealership has shown no interest in making things right. If they truly cared about customers, they would stand behind what they sell and offer at least a year of coverage for issues that show up right after purchase. I do not recommend this business. This was my first dealership purchase in years, and it will absolutely be my last. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment.
