I was called when the mower was dropped off and my lawn was so long (since I has issues with the mower for over a month) that the driver even joked with me on the phone that he felt he should mow the law for me as well as dropping the machine off. I have an older model lawn tractor that had been sitting for 3 seasons and had never been serviced. Coastal Enginuity was very responsive and accommodating. I had initially called for a snowblower that wouldn't start. The Coastal Enginuity employee who came to pick it up (the same day I called!) got it started, gave me some tips, left it for an impending storm and then came back to pick it up at no additional charge. They were very thorough and yet were quick in both pick up and delivery back - extremely easy to work with them. The piston that controls the up and down of the 42 inch snowblower head, on my Simplicity Prestige, slipped out of it's bracket, snapped off off the connection fittings and sprayed hydraulic fluid all over the place. Very hard part to get at and very difficult for me to figure all the hose routing. Called Coastal Engineering and Rick and his crew did an outstanding job chasing down parts and and getting everything back where it was supposed to go. Tractor came back fully functional and absolutely clean of the mess. Would highly recommend Coastal for repair and maintenance of your power equipment. read more

Very happy with Enginuity so far and that's just based on the customer service, shop tour and the fact that they use Lean methodologies.
