It is my absolutely favorite toy and had started running away the last couple years nevermind the blue smoke and oil leaks. Now, 1) purrs, 2) no smoke except for a hot minute when it starts up, and 3) no more putting diapers under the chassis at my friends house. I waited too long but couldn't find anyone reliable to do the work and got cheated from some supposed "rover people" in the area. Sandy and his Wife Heather live close to my home and when I drove in there it was the best decision i made with this vehicle since I bought it on a bucket list binger. I can't say enough nice things about this family team. If you have a diesel, you should bring it here. End of story.

A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

Now that it's over the 2 year limited warranty they tell me I have to pay for it all including picking it up!! The A/C has gone out ever year I've had the tractor. Heat works fine. Having a brain injury from being blow up in Iraq, it is very important I keep my body temp within normal limits or I can die or go the hospital. Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. They will lie right to your face and fail to follow through with their promises! AVOID KNOXLAND AT ALL COSTS!!

Unfortunately some important records such as past service and what optional attachments I bought from them that would need to be tuned up were somehow not available for him to really know what he was supposed to be servicing. As a result he did not have all of the common parts that needed replacing- like blades and belts. Not his fault, so no blame there. I guess the transition is still shaky. So word of advice. Be sure to tell them exactly what equipment you want serviced- including all attachments. Don't assume even if you bought it there at their site that they will just know what you have. I hope things are better next year.

Then for them to replace the carburetor and linkage cost 1/2 of what I paid for the entire tractor!?!?! Not only will I never return but I'll never purchase another John Deere product again!! I now need to replace my lawn tractor that has 32 total hours on it!! Great product!?!? (NOT!!)
