He had to make one adjustment and he came over within a day. One other thing happened and I thought there was an issue, and he came over the same day I called him. It ended up not being the furnace, but my understanding of house heat up time from very cold 50's to 68....he told me what to expect...and it is better to keep it within a certain range as more energy is used bringing a house from very cold to warm.
