I purchased a tractor from Knoxland Equipment a few years back and have had them perform regularly scheduled maintenance of my machine, not only do they come right to my house and perform the maintenance they even clean my machine. A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!! read more

Knoxland equipment has gone down the crapper. They refuse to repair an ongoing problem that I have had since I've owned the tractor. Now that it's over the 2 year limited warranty they tell me I have to pay for it all including picking it up!! The A/C has gone out ever year I've had the tractor. Heat works fine. Having a brain injury from being blow up in Iraq, it is very important I keep my body temp within normal limits or I can die or go the hospital. Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. They will lie right to your face and fail to follow through with their promises! AVOID KNOXLAND AT ALL COSTS!! read more

I own a Massey and have it serviced, and buy equipment from Knoxland. They are a great company in my opinion. Whenever I need work done I can expect it to be done well and in a timely manner. Jeff in service is AWESOME and is always available to help. Everyone that I have met or who has been to my place to deliver has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was going to buy a John Deere from North Country Tractor but after dealing with their poor service on small lawnmowers for 2 years I could not imagine ever buying a large machine from them. Im so glad that I trusted my gut. I might add that I live very close to another Massey service place, and would not even think about using them. All my neighbors and old timers in my town RAVE about Knoxland. So thank you Knoxland for living up to your reputation!! Thank you for treating your customers like friends and family. We have been dealing with Knoxland for a few years now. Our ATV is yet to work correctly. They take for ever to repair, one winter we barely had it to plow our snow. We had to pay someone to do it for us. They blame us for the way the equipment is run. We decided to take it to our local mechanic this year and we have been waiting months for it to get parts from Knoxland in order for the mechanic to repair. This is totally ridiculous and uncalled for. I don't understand why they are like this to us, I don't understand how other customers are getting perfect service and we having been giving awful since the day we paid IN CASH for our ATV. They couldn't even get our last name straight and we asked numerous times for it to be fixed and it has not been. It is like we are a joke to them. read more

I own old Gravely two-wheeled tractors, and my 40 inch commercial mower was in sore need of repairs. Ed picked up my Gravely (for a reasonable fee), and in a few days, it was dropped off looking, and working, better than it ever has! They fabricated a part for it, welded a gaping hole in the back housing, and spit shined the whole machine so it almost looked like new! It's a pleasure to find a company that does what they say they're going to do, does it quickly, and takes pride in their work! read more
