However, the item was out of stock and the wait time was 6 to 8 weeks for redelivery. For that length of time, you would think they were going out in the woods, cut the tree down, take it to the saw mill and then build it themselves! I found the item instock at another funiture store 40 miles away for a slightly higher price, that I could pick up that day and take home. I wish them well in their business. recently they starged advertising locally on the radio. However, They need to improve their business model.

Two weeks later the technician, who was very nice, came and told me I would need a new auger. He called me back from shop to say it could be 2 weeks before it would be in as they don't carry inventory (in this day and age that is understandable). I asked if they could expedite shipment and I would pay the added cost. As is on my bill it was expedited and I was charged for it. Unfortunately they were not able to come back out for another 7 days. In the meantime I am using electric heaters for my apartment. Technician comes and now we need a new control board. Of course this needs to be ordered. 2 more weeks go by and I finally get my pellet stove back. However I am charged for all items. How do I know it was not just the control board to begin with, and why do I have to pay expedited freight while service was not expedited! I think Energysavers is like everyone else , low on help but are not willing to work with locals and cater to rich lake folks, lucky for them. Currently my stove is not working again and I will purchase a new one next year from another company. Energysavers could have worked with me and had a sale. Poor customer service.

A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

Now that it's over the 2 year limited warranty they tell me I have to pay for it all including picking it up!! The A/C has gone out ever year I've had the tractor. Heat works fine. Having a brain injury from being blow up in Iraq, it is very important I keep my body temp within normal limits or I can die or go the hospital. Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. They will lie right to your face and fail to follow through with their promises! AVOID KNOXLAND AT ALL COSTS!!
