I called the office and they offered to waive the delivery fee, as long as I went up to the gravel pit and picked out the material that was supposed to be delivered. They were also going to charge full price on the new materials and no credit towards the dirt pile besides the delivery fee. Maybe i was wrong by saying 3/4 inch crushed stone CLEAN. Big let down...

Since this is the only place in our area other than Walmart to shop for clothes, it has become my…read morego to place! The store is always well organized and clean and has appealing displays. The dressing rooms are easily accessible and well maintained with enough room to move around. Clothing selections are hit or miss. Can't go in with something definite in mind, but there is usually enough to choose from so walking out empty handed doesn't happen often! Besides clothing, there are home goods, luggage, decorating items, food, beauty supplies and much more. Prices are reasonable and customer service is usually right on. I have learned, if you see something you think you want, grab it because if you hesitate, it will be gone! I've done that too many times, thought I'd think about it and then it was too late. Thank goodness we have this place to shop in our rural area!

Towels, sheets, decorating items, mirrors, rugs, dishes, food items, furniture... The list goes on and on! The displays are always eye catching and appealing. The store is very clean and well organized. Customer service and their return policies are great. Prices are reasonable especially when you find something to your liking on Clearance! Right after a holiday is a perfect time to go for that! My only complaint is that the towel section has diminished greatly in selection from previous times. Not sure why that would be, but hope that changes. So, good selection, good prices, good customer service and good hours make for a pleasant shopping experience! Glad we have this establishment to shop at!

Left the store a few minutes ago and the…read moregullible cashier kept having a conversation with customers that already paid for their purchases. I was standing there with items on my hands and I finally set them down on one of the counters, looked over and they're still talking. I turned around to find a manager but didn't see anyone. I almost walked out when finally the customers left. I told her that if she wants to converse with the customers she should call another cashier over. She apologized, but that ruined my evening and was late going home. Can someone please train her to be more professional? 0 stars last time I'm shopping at this home goods
