Really, I've found a variety of odd bolts, downspouts, aluminum channel, and other things that I can never find at Home Depot. And the people know what they're talking about. I'm not saying that no one at Home Depot knows anything, but there's a difference. The pipefitter who's working as a Home Depot as a greeter is a nice guy and I wish him all the best, but the guy at Ricci who knows where every obscure nut and bolt is located does me more good.
