Highly recommend this business for your floral arrangements…read more I called from out of state to have a basket of flowers delivered. The basket was breathtaking, fresh, beautifully arranged and ribbon was personalized with dog bones and puppy feet (as I had told them it was for a dog breeder) never expected that personal touch. They took the time to inquire about exactly what I wanted and offered info on their stock to help me decided. There is nothing better than the personalized warmth you get from a small business. I will remember and DEFINITELY use this business in the future. I have attached pic of the basket made for me by Marshalls and the dog Blitz who inspired it all. Thank you

They came to my house and surveyed to see how and where they needed to plant. The owner came, I believe his name was Len, he was very nice and helpful, and threw in an extra tree for free just to make it look better. I talked to Leah, and Sam over the phone about what days to plant, and they came the days that worked best for me! They planted quickly and it looked amazing! They cleaned the dirt off my road and even fixed some grass another landscaper screwed up early that year ( k. Coulgh landscaping) Nice to see such a nice and productive family company with such competitive prices and helpful workers. The trees have been thriving for three years now and I will definitely use Brochu again.

It was the truck driver who did not compare the invoice to the load, dropped the trees without asking where we wanted them and drove off with a flat bed trailer that had a thin layer and small piles of dirt that likely ended up wind blown all over the road. But, Broschu Nursery hired such a driver so their reputation suffers from this feedback. The driver having demonstrated his incompetence said to me in departing, shrugged his shoulders, "I'm just a truck driver."

The staff are friendly, kind, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the flowers offered are incredible, thoughtfully sourced, and difficult to find elsewhere. You can order professional arrangements or make your own bouquet out of the flowers sold by the stem. I've been doing the latter, and it's a regular source of joy and creativity for me, and it's absolutely helped with the winter doldrums that often come with being a New Englander. If you need a hostess gift for a party or holiday, there are plenty of options at Cymbidium, ranging from artful seasonal bulb terrariums to tea, macarons, and homemade candles. They also always have lots of user-friendly houseplants to choose from. I've had really good luck with the plants I've bought, including some gorgeous orchids. It may sound corny, but I like knowing that I'm supporting a small business owned and operated by wonderful people, as small brick & mortars that help give a town character are becoming fewer and farther between. I'd rather spend a little bit more for something truly unique and lovely than grab a quick, nondescript bunch of flowers at a grocery store chain. Cymbidium is truly the best, and I highly recommend it!
