The farm wasn't open during our visit but we did get to check out their shop which had a lot of maple syrup, apples, and apple products. My friend bought a pint of their apple cider and when we tried it later that day we were really amazed by how crisp and refreshing it was. I bought a single apple cider donut for us to try and it was really soft and lovely, as well as some New Hampshire Maple Syrup. I learned that maple syrup from New Hampshire and Vermont have very distinct tastes so I'm curious to do a taste test at home!

C had making it to a real apple orchard in New Hampshire on her list of must do while we were this far north. We were there in mid October and it was right at the end of the season it seemed. This place has so many treats and fresh produce to choose while you are here. Oddly enough, the best thing I got from here in my opinion was the local beef jerky! So good!! I wish I had more right now! The orchard itself was pretty cool. I'd never seen so many apples. Most of the trees were full of fruit with apples all over the ground. I guess they must yield more than they can use because the shop was full and they had open tours where you could go and pick your own apples. There were tons of varieties of trees on the farm. Lots of other produce is available here too. It appeared to be a complete working farm. The landscape was gorgeous as it's nestled on a sloping hill where you can see for miles it seems. The shopkeepers were super nice and we purchased a few things. A flight in a couple of days back home prohibited us from getting too many things. We had a nice little conversation about growing basil while they were pricing tubs of corn chowder. Dennis asked if we liked corn chowder and we said yes, so he told us he was giving us a tub of his to try cause it will be the best we ever had! While it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was pretty damn near close! The corn was great, the tomatoes were great, the squash was great! The pick your own blueberries were delightful! We will definitely be back again after a super experience! PS it's a little farther down the road than you think it will be, keep going... Trust me

The basket was breathtaking, fresh, beautifully arranged and ribbon was personalized with dog bones and puppy feet (as I had told them it was for a dog breeder) never expected that personal touch. They took the time to inquire about exactly what I wanted and offered info on their stock to help me decided. There is nothing better than the personalized warmth you get from a small business. I will remember and DEFINITELY use this business in the future. I have attached pic of the basket made for me by Marshalls and the dog Blitz who inspired it all. Thank you
