Not only was Lexi's helpful in the ordering process over the phone helping craft the bouquet verbally based on a few of my mom's favorite colors and flowers, but they went above and beyond afterwards. When I had to cancel delivery last minute due to exterior circumstances, Lexi's was understanding and patient. When I later shared I was in town and could pick up they were quick to say they'd be ready the following day. However when I had to again cancel and say, "can you actually deliver?" They said yes with no concern or judgement. They arrived today and are BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU to the team at Lexi's for making this process so easy and wonderful, even with chaotic circumstances. She gave some suggestions of a replacement she could do, that would still have the same aesthetic for the occasion (sympathy flowers) and her recommendations were perfect. She also texted me when she made the delivery to my mom's house and was so empathetic and kind about the reason for the bouquet (my mom's 15-year-old dog had passed away that day). I explained I wanted pink roses and an assortment of other flowers to go into a very large bouquet. I explained I was visiting a family member in 2 days (Thursday), that I had not seen in a very long time and they were going to be having a backyard wedding on Saturday, so I wanted them to be able to enjoy the flowers with their wedding quests. When I picked up the arrangement it was perfect. It was large like I asked, and had several different shades of pink roses along with other beautiful flowers. I was impressed and so was the recipient. I was told that the flowers were so beautiful, that they would be using them on the table were quests would be signing in.
