The basket was breathtaking, fresh, beautifully arranged and ribbon was personalized with dog bones and puppy feet (as I had told them it was for a dog breeder) never expected that personal touch. She also texted me when she made the delivery to my mom's house and was so empathetic and kind about the reason for the bouquet (my mom's 15-year-old dog had passed away that day). My mom loved the flowers and said they were the sweetest smelling bouquet she's had in a long time. Jessica is a gem and I heartily recommend supporting this local business.

Not only was Lexi's helpful in the ordering process over the phone helping craft the bouquet verbally based on a few of my mom's favorite colors and flowers, but they went above and beyond afterwards. When I later shared I was in town and could pick up they were quick to say they'd be ready the following day. However when I had to again cancel and say, "can you actually deliver?" The Blossom Shop is a Major Disappointment!…read more If your event is important to you, or someone you love, get your flowers somewhere else! My Godmother is a senior citizen who recently moved to a nursing home in the area... I live 1200+ miles away and wasn't able to visit her for Mother's Day, so I googled local flower shops, and The Blossom Shop was at the top of the list... I ordered a beautiful Mother's Day arrangement (according to the picture on the website), and they agreed to deliver on Friday 5/10/24, (2 days before Mother's Day) The total was $103 and change including tax & delivery fees... When I called my Godmother on Mother's Day, the flowers I ordered hadn't been delivered... I called the front desk at the nursing home, and they said they didn't receive any flowers... The Blossom Shop was closed, so I had to wait another day to speak to someone. Early Monday morning, I received an email from them saying they were sorry for the delay, and if I could give them my order number, they would try to deliver the flowers by 6pm, and if they didn't get to it by 6pm, they would deliver them on Tuesday... Today is Tuesday, 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered, and still no flowers! What if this was for a funeral ?! I told them, at this point forget the flowers, just refund my money! Again, They asked me to provide them with my order number... I happened to find the order number in the subject line of all or our emails back and forth... I copied the order number and sent it to them again, and within a few minutes they replied... "Great News, your Mother's Day flowers will be delivered today by 6pm" NO! This is ridiculous, and Unacceptable! This order was supposed to be delivered 2 days BEFORE Mother's Day, Not 2 Day AFTER Mother's Day! (4 Days Late) If you can send them back in time, and deliver them last Friday, fine... If you can't send them back in time, then I just want my money back. I took a picture of the Nothing she Received, and rated them with Zero fn stars!
