If you have the audacity to call back and tell them it's urgent, they will revert to saying you were servIced only a few months ago so it can't possibly be a problem. Trust me, I have an urgent septic problem and all I got was put on terminal hold followed by an out and out hang-up when I called back. (That's after I waited the weekend like they told me to).
