While they were working, they noticed the smell of gas and investigated it. Using a gas sniffer, they found the leak. It was from work that another company had completed on a tankless water heater months earlier. The repair became difficult, requiring them to shut off the gas, contact their supervisor, and Liberty Utilities. Joyce completed the repair. Liberty checked the house for gas and turned the gas back on in the house. Joyce went above and beyond for this water leak. I recommend them for any service they support.
