After quickly assessing the damage, he presented me with two options: rebuild and reseal the current trap or outright replace it. All things considered, this business is very affordable and prompt. Their response time is ultimately what led me to elect them for my plumbing repairs. In six months' time they have never resolved the issue, they never seem to be able to schedule a date to send a technician, and their service has been terrible. I've called this company several times since for other plumbing jobs and they do not return my calls, despite multiple messages left! They don't even show the courtesy.
