We have essentially no temperature control in a large portion of our condo where temperatures have ranged from the 50's in the winter to the upper 70's yesterday. I'm sure as temperatures rise it will be in the 80's in our master bedroom. Nobody from GSPH ever responds to me directly. In six months' time they have never resolved the issue, they never seem to be able to schedule a date to send a technician, and their service has been terrible. Honestly, I am at the point of wanting to hire another HVAC company to come replace the whole system. I would never hire these people.

After several calls with the owner, I was told indeed they'd take care of my plumbing & heating needs. So the new unit was purchased and installed. Within days, I had to have them come back to fix a leak, turns out they'd forgotten to remove a factory seal. Overall the job was done adequately. I've called this company several times since for other plumbing jobs and they do not return my calls, despite multiple messages left! They don't even show the courtesy. Maybe they only want the big jobs? It leaves me wondering if something malfunctions on this system I purchased through them, will they respond to that call? Doesn't leave me feeling very confident.

Plus, this guy who was unrelated to this business ended up showing up like 2 hours late or always changed the arrival times. Cool dude tho.
