Ethan and team are willing to take on the hard projects. His team did an excellent job replacing our whole-house air source heat pump (removed Daikin Altherma, installed Spacepak Solstice). The unit was newly released from the manufacturer and had a few functions not quite as expected; but he stuck with it to finish the project. The overall workmanship was very good. I have full faith and confidence he'll be here to address any issues that might arise. Ethan, the plumber, was amazing. The company is a joke. They put in the system in our brand new home. We called because the system was extremely loud and we needed someone to show us where the filters are. They gave us a song and a dance and then said we needed to sign an estimate -in case we ripped something off the wall. (um, really?) When he finished the visit (again, very satisfied with Ethan.) he couldn't get the office to say "no charge.". obviously we are not paying it. We've had others who provided services return for minor things and they NEVER asked for us to sign anything. As a matter of fact, the only thing they said was, " we want you to be very happy with our work and because we stand by it." They could have had us as customers for years to come. 603 Hvac - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Raymond, New Hampshire

So a ton has happened today.... Found out we were % taken by a company for HVAC by the name of 603 HVAC locally. They installed a furnace and I contacted them a week after install to have them look at it due to the noise it was making. The owner went off on me and would not stand behind his product! Claims that they were professionals and by no means did they put a special silver pipe tape on the unit to hold on the front cover.... They disconnected the Central AC to install and I was told they would reconnect in the spring. WRONG! The owner went off on me calling me many names refusing to come look at this for me, claiming I was lying‍ we had to hire another company to fix the lines at the time.... He needed to bleed them. And that guy did not inspect the system so would of never picked up on all that was actually wrong! So today I found out many things. The dude cut the piping to the AC wrong to a discontinued system so we would have to buy new without telling me. Then they did not properly install the fan right, it was. It even screwed In or working! Then also there was improperly installed framing for the unit, there was loose electrical wires not placed inside.... Left just hanging. The filter to filter out the air was suppose to have the netting or what ever it is over the ductwork and clamped..... it was all open and blowing everywhere. That was to just name a couple items! It's overwhelming trashed the furnace and central air unit which alone the AC cost about 4500! I'm pissed, upset and was crying right before stating my new job today.... It's all surreal! We received a more than fair quote for the jobs scope of work. In both instances, communication was excellent; they were there when they said they would be, and very professional. 90+ degree weeks in New Hampshire can be rare but this week was a brutal heat wave and our air conditioner broke on the first day. We spent an entire day calling any HVAC company to come and take a look at it and they were either booked out for weeks or only did emergency calls for their current customers. I called Ethan at 603hvac and he was just as busy as everyone else but he said he'd stop by on his way through town the next day to make sure I was ok and he did just that. He called first to see if we were all set and when I said I wasn't he was here in 10 minutes. He got our A/C back up and running in 20 minutes.
