I gave them a call, was quickly connected with a person, and had an appointment on my schedule a mere two days later (they would have made it out even faster if not for my schedule)! Jackson and Shaun arrived right on time in the morning, and they were friendly and professional. They explained what the scope of the project would be, gave me a quote with a clear summary of the process, and even took a look at some of my other around-the-house concerns. The quote was reasonable, and with my approval, they got to work right away. 30 minutes later, I had a brand new outlet right where I needed it. The installation was clean and attractive, too! I had a very good experience with Quality Electric, and I already have additional services penciled in on my schedule. Thanks, Shaun and Jackson!

I had a bucket list of items that I needed help with. I got ridiculous quotes from other electricians, $2200, $2600, $2500. Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he. I believed I saved roughly $1500 by spending an hour or two myself and having Marty come in for the rest. I think I found my new 'go to' electrician in my area. Fair, honest and hard working.

I tend to have a lot of questions when I use electricians, plumbers, etc. You know, "Can we do this" "How can we do that" "Is it worth installing this as opposed to that". Craig was excellent and answered each one completely and with a smile. Plus, he definitely knew his stuff when it came to building codes. I didn't even have to leave a message and wait for a call back! (The other guy I called never even returned my call.) He was willing to come within a couple of days to check out the job and provide an estimate -- he was there the next day. He was extremely responsive via text regarding the permit and when he would be coming. He was on the dot on time. He was also polite and respectful with asking for my preference about him wearing a mask. On his way out, it occurred to me to ask him a question about a concern I had about an old outlet. He came back in to check it out and was willing to replace it right then, and taught me how to know when one should be replaced. I found two others in the house while he did that one and he was willing to replace those, too, in spite of having another job scheduled after mine. I expected to have to pay him extra for that work, but when I got the invoice, he didn't charge me extra because apparently the big job he came for didn't take quite as long as he'd expected. I was super impressed by his honesty and his work ethic. Andrew's officially my new electrician!

John, the Master Electrician who came to the house later, easily guided two young apprentices over 2 days of full-on work. John was amazing, listening to my questions, assisting me in last minute decisions, and making certain the customer was happy.
