I can't say enough good things about this place and these people. I was in the market for a new…read morepush mower, and torn between the higher end models by Toro and Honda. After about 30 hours of YouTube review videos, I was still stuck. I visited a few other shops closer to me in Nashua. To my surprise, these other places wouldn't let me try anything before buying, even just to feel it. They told me, "some people love Toro's personal pace, others hate it". Not exactly comforting when they won't let you try something. With the threat of 30%+ restocking fees, I wasn't taking the gamble. Then I found these guys. I visited the shop, they put some gas in one for me, I pushed it about 10 feet, and they earned my business because of it. Buddy was the employee who helped me and he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks Buddy! I won't need another mower for at least a decade, but I'll gladly drive twice as far to visit these guys versus my local shops. I am very happy with what I got, and for a great price! I'll be a customer for as long as I live here.

They are both very knowledgeable about all the products they sell! Their customer service is second to none. I am a homeowner not a contractor & I am treated the same as every contractor that walks through the door. They truly make you feel very comfortable & take the time to go over all the different products they have & what would be the best fit for your needs. I purchased a (FWD) self propelled lawn mower this past summer (2022) & an Echo backpack leaf blower this past Saturday (10/29/2022). I could not be happier with my purchases & the customer service I receive! My next purchase in the near future will be an Ariens snowblower. The products that are sold at Turf Depot are far superior than anything sold at the big box stores. There is no need for me to purchase any of my outdoor products at a big box store ever again! Thanks Buddy & Kris for always making this a pleasurable experience for me! Jim P
