In the spring I asked him to give the snowblower a complete go-over, and he just returned it with everything re-lubricated, spark plug, and oil changed, etc. The cost was quite reasonable! We'll have to wait for a snow storm to try it out (I'd like to wait a long time for that event). However, Josh told us to let him know if there are any issues because he stands behind his work. We fully expect to have no issues. Just great service.

The first was knee deep in conversation, as he answered all his questions, next was a pickup of something he'd finished, and one was a spontaneous "Can you fix this, I was right in the middle of ...", which he fixed in about 5 minutes with a part salvaged from another he kept for salvage purpose. Then there was me at the end of the line, it was 5 minutes past closing, with a mower someone else had deemed in need of major overhaul advising I buy a new one. In under 2 minutes, he'd tightened a cable, and the machine was running good as new. As someone else put it, "he saved me hundreds of dollars", and more importantly to me, hours upon hours of shopping for replacement, for no good reason.

The guy that answered kept saying he couldn't help because he didn't understand the problem. I suggested to bring it in so he could take a look. He told me he couldn't help me since he didn't understand the problem and the way I was explaining it...... I called him because I dont know how to fix these things. Kinda implied that I cant explain in full technical detail. He started to get loud and insist it was my fault cause i couldn't explain to his understanding. As I tried to explain again, he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and he wouldn't answer. Finally it just went to a busy tone.
