Last year, at the start of snow season, I found my snowblower had a broken fuel line. Josh came…read moreover and fixed it in my driveway (he said that most cases he has to take to the shop.) In the spring I asked him to give the snowblower a complete go-over, and he just returned it with everything re-lubricated, spark plug, and oil changed, etc. The cost was quite reasonable! I'd recommend Gate City Small Engine Service to everyone.

We'll have to wait for a snow storm to try it out (I'd like to wait a long time for that event). However, Josh told us to let him know if there are any issues because he stands behind his work. We fully expect to have no issues. Just great service.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!…read more Would buy again from United AG in Milford, NH tomorrow, they were that great to deal with. I can't speak more highly about Jonathan Tirado specifically as a patient, non-pushy, accommodating sales person. I had done my research, I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted to blow snow with a 47" blower and NEEDED a yellow JD 54" deck (which turns out is 2022 and prior). John searched all the United stores and found exactly the right unit: X590 and had it driven up from a CT store. This thing is a BEAST. The EFI and extra 1 hp was a great upgrade for what others were charging for the X580. John was patient and talked through all the options. When I went to the store to pick up, they had everything ready for me and were warm and welcoming. Just a great experience. I did finance through JD for 1.9% for 48 months and this was extremely easy as well. A few signatures and I was on my way. Mad props to Jonathan and UNITED AG of Milford, NH!! AA+++++++ Best, Michael

The first was knee deep in conversation, as he answered all his questions, next was a pickup of something he'd finished, and one was a spontaneous "Can you fix this, I was right in the middle of ...", which he fixed in about 5 minutes with a part salvaged from another he kept for salvage purpose. Then there was me at the end of the line, it was 5 minutes past closing, with a mower someone else had deemed in need of major overhaul advising I buy a new one. In under 2 minutes, he'd tightened a cable, and the machine was running good as new. As someone else put it, "he saved me hundreds of dollars", and more importantly to me, hours upon hours of shopping for replacement, for no good reason.
