Also, it has about the same number of employees that work here as Home Depot. The difference being HD is 100000 sq ft and you can't find anyone. This place is 4000 sq ft and there's someone to help around every corner. Great prices too for a small shop.

Called their customer service number several times and they gave me a ticket number, which they told me they reported the problem and someone would get in touch with me. First they said to clean out you cache and cookies, which I did, Then was told by another customer service person to use another browser, which I did, which didn't work. Looking at the many complaints for the same reason I called for, Home Depot's customer service department keeps giving some lame excuse.
