Highly recommend! They work on anything and are fair and honest. I took my BMW F650GS for O&F they did a few extra tweaks N/C.

I went to this dealership Saturday April 16th,2022. I am writing a review because I am so impressed…read morewith the service department, especially Michael Myette, the service manager. I just stopped by to see if I could get an oil change for my 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic LT. Love my bike, bought it new. Never a problem. Thinking I would be waiting a couple weeks for the appointment. Michael told me after speaking with his Service Foreman Raul Allen, that if I came back in 1.5 hours they would service it that day. Believe me I was totally blown away. After they went through the safety points , Raul explained to me what I needed to do and I set up a future appointment for next month. I bought my bike elsewhere and I never had a thorough going over. I mean these bikes are solid. I understand the owner is Miles Cook, sir you have Excellent Customer Service Personnel working for you !!! What I like about these two individuals is I trust them, for my safety and bike needs. Quite rare in these times. You have a new loyal customer because of these two individuals. You made a great choice employing them. They make you look great. Martin Turner

First off just want to say sorry things didnt work out and I am writing this in a positive tone to…read morehelp you improve your business for future customers and to let you guys know exactly where you missed the mark on service for me to be honest it started from the sale of the first machine and it's something that actually bothered me for awhile when I received the machine it was beyond filthy with pollen and I had to spend 5 hours detailing it when i got home to feel like a new machine i told myself when buying that I didn't want to let it bother me because it's an atv and it will get dirty and muddy anyways ...but ultimately I guess it actually bothered me more than I thought it would as being a new machine to me and a lot of money it would have bin nice to get it detailed and washed properly so it actually felt new and to be honest never bought a new machine or truck before that wasn't spotless when picking it up the first time . Second of all my sales rep promised me a demo ride on Polaris slingshot and said it would be just in time for the weekend of my wife's birthday on sept11 so I didn't make any plans and that ultimately fell through and upset me. I tried three more times after that to set up demos and I just seemed to keep getting the runaround from him on setting up a time as I'm coming from Maine so that's something else that was bothering me I just feel if you can't make something happen then don't promise it to a client and the third thing would be the text that you sent me the next day on Sunday morning the wording felt disrespectful and rude I was told by sales rep that you guys where working that Sunday and I don't care if a customer messages you at midnight you don't respond the way you did that's was very unprofessional and incalled for I mulled it over for a few days and talked to other people about it and they agreed it was wrong that's what ultimately lost you the sale of multiple machines and any future business I hope you can use this to help better serve people in the future so they don't have the same experience I did thank you and have a good day but at the end of the day the owner is the biggest cuck I've had the pleasure of meeting and should no way be handling customer service or talking to people this place is a joke an I wish I never shopped here to begin with

Dana was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop throughout the process with my first refill on my techair5 and the turnaround was incredibly quick. Why a lifelong Seacoast Sport Cycle customer will no longer purchase anything from you again (and…read morewill actively discourage others from doing business with you as well). I have purchased not 1, but 2 brand new Moto Guzzi motorcycles from SSC over the years, and likely would have continued buying Guzzis from you throughout my life, until my last encounter with your sales rep Jim Smith and the BLATANTLY false advertising practices that he/you are employing now. As of right NOW (see included photo), you are advertising the sale of a 2024 V9 Bobber with "special" pricing of 4995. Great - fair price. EXCEPT that, that is not the price; it is actually 5700.00, but you refuse to disclose that number to the public on your website in an obviousx way. I could, as of RIGHT NOW, purchase that bike from you on your website with a credit card for the exact amount shown - but according to Jim your sales rep, when I went in to claim my purchase, he would then charge me $800.00 more before he would actually give me the bike. When I pointed out that it was deceptive and unfair that people would travel (potentially a fair distance) to your shop and then have this sprung on them, his response was that "people don't mind at all" and "this was just the way things are done now". Well, they weren't done that way when I bought my previous 2 bikes from, and there is absolutely NO GOOD REASON why they should be happening now. Jim (the owner?) seemed very self-satisfied when he denied me that sale. $800.00 huh? I live in Portsmouth, and when I used to ride my Guzzis around, they were unique, and people would ask me about them and where I got them, etc. I can assure you that the loss of revenue from this bad sales practice will amount to FARRR more than $800.00.
