I came out from being in a restaurant an hour later and my car was gone. it was a rental car and I was alone in an unfamiliar town late at night. I called the police to see if the car was stolen and they stated it was towed and did not offer help or advice. I called Cass Towing Company and they said it was unlikely anyone will come out tonight to unlock the gate and said it will be 300 dollars cash. I had to take an Uber back to the hotel. The next morning I woke up with a very bad migraine and was vomiting due to the stress of the event. I was barely able to get out of bed to find an ATM and to get an uber to get to the place my care was being held. I found a bank machine and got an uber costing me more money. I received my car paying $300 cash. I was still vomiting to and from the towing place. I missed the wedding, which is the whole reason I was there. Cost of my wasted trip is 2000.00 dollars. It's a scam. they intentionally look for someone to tow that's not around there to scam 300 cash out of them. I had initially spoke left a message with the only phone number on 1 sign. She called back today to state she did not tow the car and had no knowledge of who might have except the other management company. She also stated that 3 other people have called with the same exact complaint. I have multiple pictures of the parking lot and my car to prove my case. I grew up in Massachusetts, people had integrity and were more honest. guess that has changed in the past 10 years. terrible terrible business.
