i took the MSF course last season and absolutely loved the class and my instructor Stevie. I shop here all the time for the fluids for my 1999 sportster 1200 custom and I bring my 5 year old daughter with me all the time to look around, I walked in and was politely met by Craig Faulkner to be honest for a salesman he was HUMANLY polite not just polite knowing he could make a commission off me but genuinely professional and friendly and was wicked nice to my 5 year old daughter talking with her and joking with her really made me feel great being there. Even though I was there just for oil for my harley he wanted to show me some bikes and I get it he is a salesman he makes his money off sales so no sweat there, I did let him know I'd be willing to get some numbers but I'm not running credit today or putting money down it's something id like to look at my funds and talk with my wife basically letting her know I'm going to get another bike. I have money, I have a score of 735 im not worried but at the same time happy wife happy life. Things were going great until he got a younger bleached haired kid named Will to come talk with me who was EXTREMELY pushy, trying to force a sale on a bike, when he saw what I was interested in he wanted to sell me a bike I had no interest in, when I told Will I liked the offer he gave me but was going to speak with my wife first he thought taking me to meet the sales manager would change my response but I entertained the meet and greet however that sales manager didn't even step foot out from behind his counter instead laughed and joked with the bleached haired Justin Bieber looking sales man Will he came up to me and my daughter and my friend who was with me, put his sweatshirt on, and said so where are we going? I can follow you if you'd like. I told him "yeah THAT is not happening!" he tried to push the envelope even more, due to the fact my five year old daughter was with me I ended it with "yeah that's not happening" and walked out. 1) Brought my Road King in for new tires, I asked if they could check the rear shocks for the correct air pressure for 2 up riding. I also asked them to change the front fork oil if needed. I went to pick up the bike and the bill was staggering. I asked the service tec to go over my bill and he agreed. He said I did not need front fork service that the front fork oil was good for 20 years. $150.00 Yes that's right 150 to tell me I did not need fork service. NEXT, Your rear shocks are fine, did not need air. $120.00 yes this is what they charged me to tell me I did not need air in the shocks!! I flipped out, my wife is trying to calm me down. The service tec said he would remove the $270.00 off my bill. I said what if some guy or girl came in and did not question there bill?? you would rip them off. 2) I bought 2 pairs of the HD jeans. one day the front metal button popped off. my wife and I brought them back to Seacoast HD. The girl at the clothing counter said let me look up this sale. She said no can't help you because your over 30 days. I said I want to talk with a manager. She said I am the manager. I told her this is a defect, and jeans should last years. She did not care, I slid the jeans across the counter and said you keep them. I will never buy anything from this place again. I had bought two new bikes from Seacoast in the past, and they did not care. They sell clothing made in Mexico, and could not make a good customer happy by replacing a defective pair of jeans. read more

I know, nobody sitting directly on the rim, but, certainly is an eyesore and I couldn't imagine how much bacteria it stores? Seacoast Harley is our go to dealership. Why? Because I NOW drive a Harley!!! My husband took the HD Riding Academy course Sep 2015 and got his license. Kurt helped him buy his first beginner bike, A Harley Street 750, and off he went. It was a very mild winter so Mr. G road everyday...every month and put on over 5,000 miles in less than 9 months. I got a fire in my belly when someone stated "so you're going to be the biker chic on the back!"...and so it began ~ I signed up for the all ladies riding course and in 3 days with 10 other ladies I learned to drive a Harley. I am no longer a rider. I am now a driver...A Biker! I took the course in May determined not to give up. I had my moments of uncertainty as I am 4'11" and was about 100 lbs. thinking what the heck am I doing and knew I was the only one setting limits on myself. Laurie and Wanda are awesome instructors. They were patient, firm, and funny as they explained and demo' d each exercise before instructing us to Start Em Up! There were a few tense moments when the group knew they were frustrated with us as they shook their heads and we lagged behind. Day 1 was classroom time and the 2nd and 3rd were on the bikes. I had lucky #8 which has a lower scooped seat. Greg, Academy Manager, wasn't sure if I could take the class but he went the extra mile to fit me to the bike. Got me flat footed with my boots, ensured my little fingers could pull back on the clutch and break and lastly He believed in me. After 3 days of lessons and practice we took our written exam and I was stoked to score a 100%! Onto the driving course...only to rack up too many points, I failed. I was bummed but all in all I was pretty proud of myself that I now knew how to ride a bike. The academy wants all of their students to succeed so a small group of us came back over the weekend for another full day of practice, practice, practice. It was perfect because the time off gave my body and mind time to rest and regroup. A mixed group of men and women worked together and made it happen. We all passed and had a celebration dance together! The instructors know what they are doing. They are skilled riders with many miles and students under their helmets. They teach safe riding skills, wearing proper protective gear, how to be alert, what to look for and expect. Some students had taken the state course, some had their license, some had bikes but what we all needed was the confidence, practice and coaching which we got as we were welcomed into the Harley family. Upon graduation students become eligible for a new bike buyback. So in May I purchased a 2016 Street 750 in black as my first starter. Ride it for a year and when you upgrade you get the full purchase price back. Kurt fit me to the right bike based on my height and beginner skill level and told me he wanted me to be safe and enjoy riding. If I didn't feel safe than I wouldn't ride so why buy a bike and I wouldn't ride? Over the summer I drove my own bike and also rode with Mr. G. We had lots of fun exploring and renting different bikes for long weekends away from different dealers (like in Florida) to figure out what kind of bike we might like to buy next. Mr. G's year came due so he bought his 2nd bike with Neil from Seacoast and upgraded to a 2017 Street Glide Limited and he hasn't stopped smiling. Why wait until spring for my year to come due? Why not buy and upgrade now so I can be ready to ride? Sounds like a great plan...Neil and Herb, from Parts, sat me on my new 2017 Softail Slim S picked out handle bars, seat, and all the right parts to give me the best fit. Why do I pick Seacoast Harley because each and every staff member has shown me patience and kindness (greeters, riding academy, clothing, parts, service, sales....in person and over the phone). They are down to earth people who've worked there for many years teaching and guiding people to be safe driver and riders while still having fun. Do they want to make money, yes...it's a business and it is their livelihood and I appreciate and respect them as they want their customers to be happy and come back. Seacoast H-D is located in North Hampton, NH, about a 20 minute drive or so from where I was staying in Dover, NH. Seacoast is a pretty damn big and impressive H-D dealership. Two levels of H-D goodness! The bikes are on the upper level. I stopped to chat with the two sales guys on duty about some of the Bikes - they were currently out of the 2012 Heritage Softail Classic - apparently this is a very hot seller for them! Downstairs, they have a massive selection of clothing and accessories. I found several H-D t-shirts and muscle shirts for the gym in my size and bought those. The staff was very friendly! A really nice H-D dealership and worth your time if you are in the area! read more

Bought a few tank tops and a jacket and got them on clearance so price was great. I bought a 2022 pan america special and have had non stop issues with it since the day I bought it. It has been in the shop for 3 months spread out over the course of a year. I dropped it off a couple weeks ago for a charging issue this being the second time having a charging issue. I picked the bike up on Wednesday left the parking lot and immediately had charging issues I brought to my shop and called their service department and was told that's how it's supposed to be and there's nothing wrong with it I then rode the bike until the battery died and left it on the side of the road the dealership has decided to ignore my phone calls I called Harley and made a formal complaint about this dealership and their service departments inability to fix my bike im currently staring at a 30k lawn ornament. read more

There was no gauging of prices to start and they understood what I was looking for and what my budget was. Went in, looked at the bike, put money down, and went home. After it was serviced and detailed he shipped it out to me. I love the bike, very happy with everything. I shopped around before I was referred to Neil. He goes above and beyond. The other dealers and salesmen and women weren't even comparable. I bought two bikes here. Never again. The 2nd I was told would be 6% financing and, to my shame, didn't look at the paperwork. It was much higher and I ended up having to refinance with another institution. I trusted my sales person and didn't look over my paperwork... to say I was displeased is an understatement. Extremely disappointed I brought my bike to be serviced here. I put some new bars and of course had to Change to Steel Braided Clutch & Brake cables. Since I was due for service I decided to have them bleed the lines for me and do a full service and change all fluids. First day they had it they call me to ask me about putting new tires on it as they were getting low. I was actually shocked because I check out my tires regularly so I asked if they would pass inspection and he said oh yeah. So the answer was no thanks. Second day I was scheduled to pick it up at 5:30 pm. Got a call that there was a leak in the chrome master cylinder that was caused by others, that I believe. $492.00 Parts and Labor I asked about getting an inspection sticker put on while they had it. 4:30 I get another call that they cleared all codes, I did not have any codes I was aware of. This is a 2015 Street glide that has 8800 Miles. One Code did not clear they said, the Front 02 Sensor. For them to investigate they would have to keep the bike an extra day. I was pretty confused because they just told me that they already read the code. I asked Fred if there were any error codes on my dash as I had not seen any before. He said no its just in the computer that we read. So I told them I was all set and would pick up as scheduled. Picked up the bike right as they were closing yesterday 4/17/19. Drove away and was pissed immediately. I have a check engine light I never had before. So much for Fred telling me there was no error codes on my dash. Oh and the $300 for bleeding my lines plus the $492 for the new Master Cylinder....Love having to stand on my brakes to stop. The worst bleeding job ever. Seriously so bad I almost couldnt stop at the light that was red. $1204.15 For Changing the oils, Bleeding lines and replacing a single master cylinder. Bike wont brake properly and have a lovely check engine light. Nice work Steven read more

Tried to buy a new to me Harley from Seacoast. I saw nothing I liked on the floor so Marcello showed me the bikes they had out back. I found a 2014 Ultra Limited I liked, I agreed on $17,027 with Cody and was told I couldn't test drive the bike even around the parking lot because "it had not been through the shop yet". I decided to take a chance on it anyway. They ran my credit and financing was approved. I was waiting for the final paperwork when I was told they can not give me a temp plate, I can not put a plate on it and the bike needs to be trailered off the property. I asked if the bike was inspected if they could give me a plate and was told no. It needs to be trailered off the property. That was the point I got frustrated and walked out. It's not easy for me to make it to the town hall during business hours so a 20 day plate gives me time to figure it out. 3 days after walking I still haven't heard back from anyone there and I've sent 5 or 6 emails inquiring about finishing the deal we made on this bike and inquiring about another bike that were all not responded to. Thanks Seacoast for leaving a huge bad taste in my mouth about your dealership. read more

Don't do it, you are only a priority until the get you money, this years bullshit, we don't have that many loaners so you can oly have it for 6 hours. My contract calls for 24 hours. What ever you do NOT buy the service plan! It's a huge scam!! I brought my bike to the service department for the last 3 years. Every time I asked them for anything they acted like I was bothering them and I was wasting their time! I just recently did a 30k service on my bike, I brought it to a very successful motorcycle shop instead of at Seacoast. My mechanic asked me if I ever changed my transmission fluid, I told him that seacoast changed it 6k miles ago, he told me it was never done! They still charged me for it though!! I called to talk to a manager and express how mad I was, they said "we will call you right back", that was a week ago... and I still haven't gotten a call back, just goes to show that they don't care about you or your business! I will never spend a dime at seacoast or any of the other dealerships that are under the same ownership!!! I suggest everyone does the same, don't let them screw you more than they already have!! read more

I went into this dealership not knowing anything about HD motorcycle models. I simply knew I wanted to purchase a new one what I would have forever. Neil came highly recommended by over ten people I knew personally. While Boston HD was physically closer, I went to see Neil based on his reputation. I was not disappointed. Neil spent literally two hours with me giving me the education I needed on the HD models so I could make an informed decision. In fact the initial model I was interested in was not going to be the best option for me long term and Neil professionally and respectfully redirected me to another based on my needs and looking back on the options I am happy he did so. After he introduced me to Herbie who went on a mission to help me find the needed components to make it my own. I got a tour of the dealership and shook hands with everyone. Eventually Neil needed to step aside to assist another customer and put me in the capable hands of Vince who seamlessly led me through the rest of the process with great customer service. At the end I connected with Shelby who was the most down to earth financing manager I ever worked with. She didn't try to over sell me on things but by explaining my options she helped me make the best decision. Overall it was an amazing experience with a great team led by Neil. Went to a workshop they had offered during the winter regarding windshields. Since we had nothing to do that Saturday we went. Travelling from Concord NH so it was a hour ride. Attended the workshop, but not until we got grilled several times going thru the dealership. After the workshop was over, as we were leaving, one of the salesmen started a conversation with my boyfriend, you know, do you ride, what ya got, etc etc. Next thing I know is salesman is taking him out back to see a "roadking". Now why this is even happening I got no idea because he definitely told this guy we were not interested in buying. Guess he doesn't listen. So anyway, we got out of there, and the next day we're getting calls from Seacoast about so you are interested in the Road King you saw yesterday, etc etc. Again we said NO, and why are you even calling. Well according to salesman, when he filled out form, he said we were interested in it. Guess he only listens to what he wants to hear. Anyway, we told them to stop calling for we were quite happy with our 2009 EGUC, and had no intention of replacing it. read more

Stopped in to shop clothing with the family NOT on our bike on a Sunday afternoon. Wandering to get the popcorn the helpful ladies offered our kids led us through the used bike section which a Road Glide caught my eye. I wandered over to check it out and a nice salesperson came over to answer questions i might have. One question led to another all the while my reassuring her i was literally kicking tires and not in the market (pleasantly in conversation so she knew not to waste time on us). She kept reassuring us it was no problem at all and she was just happy to help. After maybe 1/2 hour of chatting, and since our bike wasn't even there she offered to 'simply give us a worksheet with numbers on the used Road Glide next to a new Street Glide they had in stock' so 'i could have something to think about' should i decide to consider trading. She disappeared for a period i thought she'd left or forgotten us (we were ready to leave when she offered the numbers) and another fellow came over and said 'follow me folks'. We followed him upstairs and he sat us at a table awkwardly making 'salesguy smalltalk' about the weather and what we'd been up to today. He then presented the 'ol salesguy four square worksheet' to us.... With the following errors: 1) the wrong bike (not bikeS, wed been told but bike) 2) the WRONG bike at $1000 OVER MSRP 3) our bike at retail for trade (which he harped on since it was their current radio advert 4) a payment in the STRATOSPHERE based on my previous sales experience i could do math to tell it was about $100-$150 above where it SHOULD be with NO money down 5) and the icing on the cake, the 'down payment square' said based on $4000 down..... We looked at each other confused and said 'umm ok well there are a couple issues here but i think there may have been a miscommunication. _______ said she was just getting us some numbers did she have to leave or something?' To which he replied 'oh ok well no one told me anything about which bikes you were interested in... So are you guys looking to buy a bike today or not?' Shocked she didn't lose it on him, My wife literally stood up and politely/sternly told the kids to grab their stuff it was time to go. As we walked downstairs toward the door we heard another mgr say to 'our guy' as he stormed toward the desk 'whats wrong ______?' He muttered something my daughter alleged to have heard along the lines of our leaving abruptly. I didn't want to know what it was since i didn't want to feel inclined to respond. I've been in commissioned sales over 20 years. Part of that time at car dealerships. I am always respectful because i know how challenging a job it is. Im always as honest and forthright as i can be so no one wastes their hard earned time on me if im not buying. We TRULY had zero intention of buying this day but you know what was crazy? 4 days later that following Thursday while exchanging a pair of pants for the right size we ran into a professional salesperson at Manchester Harley Davidson and traded our bike in for a 2016 Road Glide Special. read more
