This dealership suffers from poor employees. 4 separate times I have been given the incorrect parts. This is not only an inconvenience for returning them. But often it fucks you hard when you go to work on your bike and end up halfway through it with the wrong parts, or the wrong chain link is given to you and you don't realize it's wrong till it's riveted on. I purchased my CBR500RA brand new from Freedom Cycle in 2017. Upon purchase, they told me the first service included a valve check and I would need to bring the bike in early to allow the engine to cool down for them to perform such a task. As a new rider I did as suggested and then was told that valves are not done, it was just a basic service of oil/filter and going through the bike. I was displeased but wrote it off as a misunderstanding even though it cost me a reasonable amount of money. After this, I rode the bike a lot, performed my own service, until 16k miles where the valves were to be done - per the manual. I asked for the 16k service and anything required, with the exception of an oil change as I do them myself. Everything checked out and I had a good conversation about the mileage on my bike. I recently moved and now have my own garage so I decided to check the air filter and some other items on the bike because I am able to leave it apart, whereas before I couldn't. I was contemplating upgrading the filter and a few other parts. Upon inspection, the air filter was black inside, had debris, and I was amazed the bike could breathe. I called Freedom Cycle and to my amazement, the air filter was never marked as being replaced, even though it is part of the 16k service! I was amazed and highly disappointed as airflow is a crucial part of a properly running vehicle of any kind and I am currently at 24k miles. This was also a find after attempting to buy a new motorcycle from them and their price was higher than others, which once I brought it up a week later they decide they wanted to discuss and match another dealer's pricing - MSRP. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought the fact they completely avoided the air filter as part of a service manual replacement part was far from professional. Now I question if the spark plugs were replaced and valve adjustment had been done! read more

He told me if I were to put down a deposit on the bike I was interested in I would be first in line when the next unit arrived, he lied and it never happened. Freedom cycle has horrible hours. Closed on Sunday and Monday and they don't open until 10:00am! They should open at least at 8:00am.

I was contacted about a spring service deal they were having. The lady mentioned it would be $150. When the bike was done then they mentioned all the parts (motor oil, oil filter, etc.) are extra even when the lady originally said $150 would cover everything. They would not stand behind their own mistake and charged me $50 extra. Completely untrustworthy and dishonest. read more

Make appt on line to test ride a Ryker and get leasing information. Talked to Rod by phone to confirm what I wanted and was told we could schedule ride for Wed. I planned to buy and booked 2nd appt for Sat to fill out the paperwork as we were going wed an hour before closing. Rod said no test drives on Saturday. Showed up for appointment early, waited 30 minutes for someone to help us and get us any bike. Was told there were more important customers picking up their bikes and they took priority. WHAT?????? No leasing info avail, couldn't ride any other bike, then was told I should come back on Sat and could ride all I wanted... WHAT???? Sales guy did all he could to talk me out of a lease.. I wanted to compare lease to buy in case I decided wasn't for me. Honestly, worst experience ever. Will look elsewhere, they lost a willing customer.. Guess they have too many customers and don't need to sell any more bikes. read more

I went to many dealerships and Freedom Cycle gave a final price $500 more than the 2nd most expensive dealership I found. Called about HJC helmets and they had the models I wanted to check out that the other multiple stores I called did not. Went there and try them out. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful. He was very patient and put me into the perfect fit helmet which was not the HJC. I ended up ordering a SHOEI modular and a SENI Bluetooth in the color graphics I liked. I am not I person who is easily impressed but I will in the future make Freedom Cycle my go to first when shopping. read more

Never bring your motorcycle to Freedom Cycle for repairs. They could have cost me my life. I had some tires mounted on the rims, and when I had the bike at another dealer (for maintenance Freedom was supposed to do) the other dealership noticed that they pinched the tube of the tire into the bead, causing a very unsafe situation. My tire could have let go at any time, and I am an inexperienced rider, so I wouldn't necessarily be able to handle that and would more than likely go down. Freedom was asked to check the rim for trueness...and they didn't. I will never recommend Freedom service department to anyone. I also had a bad experience with the parts department. All I wanted was a quart of oil to top off my bike, but they refused to look it up in the computer to see what viscosity I needed. I had to call my boyfriend and have him look it up for me. Sorry, but that is not a way to maintain a customer. I have had good experience with the sales department. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. read more

They have always gotten us in for service in a reasonable time frame, and we've always been happy with the results. They have great financing department and will help you get very good terms if you need/ want to finance. Terrible bought a snowmobile rode ten miles been back and fourth to the shop three times now it has been in shop more than a month

So after receiving a inspection rejection on my 1998 Honda ACE tourer -a plate light out, a worn front tire, a recommended brake pads (soon, but not required), and a question on fork seals- i asked this Honda dealership, a dealership that has worked on my bike many times since I bought it, to schedule the needed repairs. They rejected my request for setvice, saying the bike was too old to work on- over 20 years- as a matter of policy. A Honda dealership that won't work on a Honda for routine stuff???? read more

Went here to buy a motorcycle, I found one and put a deposit on it. A day later after going to the bank to get a check for the Motorcycle, I receive a call saying that freedom cycle didn't have the title and it will take 7 day to receive. Well I decided that not that bad of a wait, so I waited. Two weeks later I call them to find out that it will take 30 days to get the title . They were really non shallot About it. They really made me feel like I was bothering them for asking about the title And when asked if they can take care of me with a better price on another used motorcycle they wouldn't cut me a deal. My boyfriend and I went to HK in Laconia to purchase a 50CC wheeler for our sons birthday party this Sunday. We looked online & saw they had 3 in stock so we hopped in the truck and drove down there (40 minute drive) when we arrived the salesman told us they didn't have any and wouldn't until the end of July. They also said we could call their hookset location and see if they had one, but our next destination was freedom cycle. When we arrived, it was about 1.5 hours before closing time. we looked around, talked about what we liked then was approached by Dan S. He asked us what we were looking for, talked over features of each model, walked us out to the warehouse to browse inventory out there, then sat us down to talk about what we wanted. We decided on a Yamaha 50, Dan got us the pricing paperwork, we struck a deal, and cashed out with the "banker," Doug. Every interaction was positive. Dan was super interested in our career (race car builders) and treated us like we had been friends for years. Now that our son has a wheeler, his father and I will be back soon to purchase 2 more to ride with him. Thanks Dan! A++ customer service! read more

I went there with a 2007 Honda shadow with 4000 miles on it I had an issue with the front tire losing air so I had them replace the tube and balance the front tire. Well I picked up the bike and noticed a wheel hop I thought maybe it was the road it was to cold to ride it so I brought it home and it looked like it had been balanced it had 4 lead weight taped to the wheel . So I thought maybe it was the tire. So as the weather got warm I started riding it and felt an awful hop so I ordered a new tire.Thinking I needed a tire....now this tire was a bridgestone with 2000 miles on it and no hop when I brought it in . So I ordered a new tire and before I brought the bike in I decided to remove the weights and guess what no hop. I went back to complain and the manager went on to say the tire had been out of round. I told him it ride nice now if it were the rim or tire it would not be good. So beware of the repair shop shady workers just not balancing the rim also the yellow dot from the manufacturer was off to the valve stem and it was perfect before they did the replacement of the tube. They created another dot of yellow to make it look like it was ok. so when you go in remove all rim weights and check there work I told them I would not be going back there and if your buying a new bike beware of the shady practices of there poor work. I ordered a tire for nothing will keep it in case I need it maybe next season replace it . But not that dealer in concord I felt there explanation of a rim or tire problem was crap. the bike runs like new without the weights 2007 Honda shadow vt 750 vance and hines exhaust previous jetted carb stage 1 aftermarket air filter and oil filter also lucas 20 /50 oil full synthetic .I was using Honda oil ,but bike was noisy shifted hard and ran lousy .new lucas oil bike runs great clutch is amazing sticky no slip. clutch sucked with gn4 10/40 Honda non synthetic I heard Honda synthetic ruins the clutch plates. Use lucas 20/50 in the summer you will be very happy full synthetic auto zone 10 bucks a quart get 3 read more

I had a test ride from Yamaha on a 2019 Tracer 900 GT in Auburn Massachusetts. I was so impressed, I wanted one. My local Massachusetts dealer was out of stock. I got a call from Freedom Cycle, Concord NH which was a referral from the Yamaha test ride. I was worried about the seat height on this model with my 29" inseam. I purchased the bike for an extremely fair price, I received an extended warranty from the factory because of the test ride and the seat height was fixed. Freedom Cycle hooked me up with a factory Yamaha lowering kit which reduced the seat height 14mm. The people over at Freedom Cycle are world class and took care of me and treated me like a local customer even though I live 100 miles away! I would be glad to do business with them again. read more

I drove all the way from the Boston area to buy a pair of high quality riding boots that no one else carry in the whole Boston area. A lady named Laurie ,and Zack from the parts dept did above and beyond to help me buy the boots that I needed, and even adjust my shifter on my quad so they will fit. Dont take ur atv sled or any other power equip here to be repaired unless you want to pay 188$ for a diagnostic fee and then be told "idk what caused your problems" this is what happened to me when i brought my 2015 arctic cat in with blown engine.... Along with being told i am a liar by aaron the service writer and andy the GM just shrugged me off about it all i will never step foot in the dealerahip again poor quality of attitude and cuatomer relations here along with a service team that apparently cant close an umbrella i was not offered a wave on the 188$ fee to be clear... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I bout a 2012 can-am 500 2 weeks ago today and it has been in there shop for the last 8 days. With only 3 hours of ride time on it, 2 struts blew. I brought it into their shop the day they blew. Two days later I was informed that they were not covered by the extended warranty that I purchased. I've been getting the run around from this freakin dealership ever since I brought the wheeler in.....you need to talk to this guy, no you need to talk to this guy.....freakin ridiculous! At the time of purchase I was told that I had 30 days, well now they are denying that and telling me that I may have to PAY THEM TO TAKE THIS PIECE OF CRAP BACK! A great service center! Stopped in today 20 minutes before closing time (and 45 miles from home) with a frayed clutch cable. They started to say they were closing but the manager asked to see it. They rushed it and replaced it for me due to safety concerns. Completed and also adjusted brakes and let me know they will need replacing soon. Nice as can be and good pricing. For the past 2 years I have been going to Freedom Cycle to buy my 7 yo daughter gear for her 4 wheeler. The lady in the apparel department is fantastic! She really takes her time and is very knowledgeable. She remembers my daughter and helps her pick out what will work for her and helps with sizes also. Its really nice that they even have sizes that fit her considering how small she is. Its nice that my daughter actually enjoys shopping there and I'm happy because the is properly fitted with protective gear and the have it in stock. Two years ago I brought my arctic cat snowmobile in for service because the pull cord pulled out, and other routine service was needed. 900 dollars later I walked out of there on the way to Pittsburg and first pull it pulled out again. Needless to say was not pleased and haven't gone back in 2 years. I have since only bought parts there when they actually pick up the phone or have any parts in stock which is unlikely. I then decided that I was going to buy a KTM dirtbike and went in to the store and looked at the bikes and not one salesmen came over. I then went and found salesmen who was needless to say a complete prick. I bought my bike a motorbikesplus the next day before they even could come back with a counteroffer on the bike. Oh also there service rates are 85 an hour up from 75 a year ago, didn't know that a mechanic was the same going price as a doctor or lawyer these days, and they do a mediocre job. Avoid this place at all costs, they are more expensive then anyone and could care less about you business. I have never seen a more poorly run dealership, its too bad to because I buy a new snowmobile every two years and I'd to buy in Concord, but definately not from them. read more

We agreed on a price and when I went to pick up the snowmobile they jacked up the negotiated price and then added a freight fee essentially turning a $1,500 rebate into a $640 one and when I called them on it they made me waste another two hours of my life and return the sled instead of manning up and refunding the money they tried to seal from me! I will never do business with Freedom Cycle again and I caution anyone who goes in there that has to deal with Hank Resling Jr and Andy Galliher. This is one of the most unprofessional dealerships I have ever dealt with, but before I go on a rant let me explain to everyone out there why.. I bought a Can Am Renegade 800 from this dealership on 05/17/2014 with 743 miles. I had an absolute blast on this machine and Freedom Cycle even used one of my pictures on their Facebook site. Well I started to notice some overheating issues when I was on a ATV trip, so when I got back, I brought it into the dealership on 08/05/2014. At first I was told I needed a new ECU for $1000.00!! But was offered another solution to try and fix the problem. So I went that direction because it was much cheaper. When I picked up the machine and went to ride it, it instantly had a check engine light. So I brought it back to the dealership and apparently after working on it, the machine was never tested after the repair. So it was back in the shop once again and I missed another day of riding with my buddies. Okay now I go back to Freedom Cycle to pick the ATV up and everything is all good (was what i was told)... Wait what?? My ECU is working perfectly fine!?! The part they wanted me to replace that would have cost me $1000.00!! Are you kidding me? Okay whatever thats fine moving on... So I have someone interested in buying the ATV so I can just get it out of my hair and this person is going to buy it off me for what i paid for it!! Yess! I'm finally going to just get rid of this thing! So I bring it to the buyer so they can check it out. Guy loves it talks to his wife and is ready to buy it but just wants to double check the hours and odometer. I've told this guy everything about the bike so no problem I go an show him the Hrs which was 96 hrs.. Then the odometer pops up 0..... the guy looks at me and is obviously not interested anymore...GREAT! I even grab the Invoice from Freedom Cycle and it shows the Mileage going in being 1002 miles going in. Coming out its blank.... So someone knew this happened before i got the ATV back and I guess was hoping no one would notice? Awesome so the value of my ATV is garbage now. So I expect the dealership to make things right! Wouldn't you? So i go in to talk to the GM Andy Galliher and here are the choices I was given to make things right... I'll give you 3,500.00 for your machine and your money back for the service which was about 524.00. so about 4,024.00. Wait a second about three months ago i bought this for 5,500.00?!?! Oh wait I have another option! I can get a brand new Can Am at cost is what Andy told me. That sounds great so I grab some numbers on a few machines and go home to think about what I want to buy next. The following day I go to another local dealership, I don't tell them any of the numbers I have gotten from Freedom Cycle. They gave me the exact price that Freedom Cycle gave me... now I'm not to happy with Freedom Cycle and feel like they are just lining me up for another sale and screwing me over. I took a check for 4,024.00 or something like that and as the customer i took a 1,500.00 loss. On my way out Andy Galliher says to me " I hope you're an honorable man, and I wont see this all over Facebook" are you kidding me of course I'm going to tell all my friends I ride with and people who have considered doing business at Freedom Cycle. It gets better the salesman Hank Resling Jr! Who pretends to be your buddy until things go really bad, attacks my posts on Facebook goes into my pictures and posts on my wall with the picture he took! saying "Hey JK here's a picture of you not doing anything on your machine. Someday you'll realize that burning bridges comes back to you. Remember you can't bs Karma. Good Luck" By the way the picture of me was going through some mud on a trail with a couple small rooster tails which is honestly a pathetic picture to post in the first place I have much better ones so i was somewhat insulted. But at the end of the day if you want a dealership that does not care about the customer at all... Freedom Cycle in Concord NH is the place for you. I have all the documents to prove all of this. I feel bad for Can Am that this company represents your products because I did enjoy that machine until it was destroyed. read more
