After about 12 minutes, sleepy woke up and said he could help me. Said that i had a tire with a slow leak and was hoping they could look at it. His response was that they had to work on the truck outside at 8 and they could fit me in at two. I indicated i was just passing through and hoping they could help me out. No, sorry. My daughter broke down on the side of the road on Saturday after her Corolla started shaking while driving. DO NOT come here for inspection ! They are "part of the NH state police" and even wanted me to see…read morethe New Hampshire police cruisers, parked out front of their store . This shop did not pass my car for minimal tint and I mean I did not even know it had tint, that is how minor this tint is!!! Car has passed this same inspection several times before and I have not changed anything or done anything to the windows. There were several other cars in their garage with darker tint than mine and he said well, they are not here for an inspection. he handed me the law that explicitly says that "the vehicle cannot have aftermarket tinting on the windshield or on the windows to the left or right of the driver." But the tint they failed me for is on the back windows not the front or the driver sides. What a joke! I do not recommend bringing your car here for an inspection. BTW- Thank you NH police for all you do, I do appreciate you, do not appreciate this shop.

My fiance and I recently went to Campers Inn of Merrimack and were blessed with the sweetest and most caring salesperson. Her name is Shea Mara. From the initial introduction to the end of our visit, she knew exactly what we were looking for and had no trouble finding it. We went to visit several of the RVs outside and gave her our likings and dislikes. Right away she had one in mind that was not on the lot and showed us it on line and gave us the details. We are in the process of buying that one now! She totally understood why this thing was important or that thing wasn't to us. That is why she gets an A+ review. It was as if I knew her a long while as I felt very comfortable speaking with her. Plus she is a dog lover and we had our duo along for the ride. So being intelligent, plus knowing how to deal with people our age, is a strength. That is why Shae is special. So loving Campers Inn is very easy when someone like Shea is there. It wasn't until the day before Christmas Eve that I decided to bring the car to the dealer to let them take a crack at it. Less than 24 hours later the old girl is running like a dream. Martin at the service desk kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dana, the service tech, spent hours diagnosing and getting to the root cause of the issue and provided a full detailed report on troubleshooting steps and what was found to be in great shape as well as what was wrong. I'm looking forward to driving it for the first time in years. Prices were fair and the work was prompt and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate a bit to recommend them for Honda service.

However, upon entering the building we were greeted warmly by John Desrochers and Michael Quigley. Both of them quickly put my preconceived experience to rest. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Honda, wasn't pushy at any time and I actually enjoyed negotiating with him. He took his time explaining some of the cars features and never hurried our test drive. We genuinely feel he got us the best deal he could on both the car we were buying and the car we were trading in. His follow up after the sale is to be commended as well. Because of Michael and John and our overall experience thus far at Rockingham Honda, I would not hesitate to make another purchase or recommend them to anyone.
