I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.

I'm a former Motorcycle owner but that was years ago, and I chose the Slingshot so my wife and I could have something to drive up to the New Hampshire White Mountains. Too many parts of the Eagle Rider 'system' were frustrating - high prices for my particular rental, a massive hold put on your CC, having to buy additional insurance, having to pay for roadside service, etc. Plus their reservation system caused issues with my renter both before I picked up the bike and after I dropped it off, when M.O.M. was unable to 'close' my rental our for some unknown reason. Also, there was almost no helpful information about my ride. Did it have a radio? (Yes, but it would not pull in any stations) Did it have GPS? (No, and no GPS rental was available for my particular rental). Did it have any power points? (Yes, it luckily had a 12v cigarette lighter style plug and a USB connector) Did it have ANY storage? (Yes, it actually has a rather large glove compartment and spaces behind both rider and pass. Now, as much as I found the Eagle Rider system to be frustrating, the folks at M.O.M. were actually great to deal with, and turned their part of the rental into a much smoother experience, so I would highly recommend using them (for rentals, buying a MC or maybe service) to anyone based on their great customer service with me!

The problem started when they called me to tell me my head pipe was cracked and needed to be repaired. I found that odd since they were the only ones that have ever touched the head pipe, but they claimed it wasn't them and it can happen just from riding. I was a little dubious of that claim, but wasn't going to push the issue over $75. The real problem I have is the dyno tune. Not only were the numbers substantially lower than comparable numbers I have seen on NUMEROUS other bikes with the same exact components, but the bike was very choppy when it ran. I sent the map to several other tuners to get their opinion on the matter and they all laughed at how poor a map it was. I then asked Brandon, the tuner from R&R for the run files and could see from the date/time stamps that it took him less than 28 minutes to "tune" my bike. Additionally, the base map he used was the modified stock tune that anyone could download off the Dynojet website. After seeing all of this and listening to several tuners saying they wouldn't trust whomever did that to fix his own mistakes, I called Reggie Jr the owner to voice my displeasure. Reggie stood by his employee and got somewhat aggressive about it over the phone saying that Brandon was the best tuner on the East Coast and ALLLL those other tuners didn't know what they were talking about. His "solution" was to challenge me to bring the bike back and have me watch Brandon tune it myself to ensure he did it up to my standards. When I explained to him that I no longer trusted them to do a adequate job on my bike and all I wanted was my money back, Reggie laughed and explained there was no way I was ever getting my money back. So lesson learned I suppose - I will never send any business his way.

The owner said he was still looking in the problem and that he would call me back when he had more information. 2 more weeks go by and still no call again, So I call back and get no answer for 2 days. I call the following week and I end up with a message saying that Cycle Mart will be closed due to a family emergency. So I wait and call back at the end of that same week and I get the same message. Following that I recieve the same message for 2 weeks straight. Finally going into the end of the second month that they have had my motorcycle they answer and the owner continues to say that they are working on my bike right now and that it should no be much longer. 2 More weeks go by and I then call back and the owner tells me that he is just ordering the parts for the bike and that he will call me when it is finished. I wait 2 more weeks and hear nothing so I finally go to the shop and it is open but no one was around, nor could I find anyone so I left. I call back the next week and the owner tells me he had to order a few more parts and that they are still working on the bike. A few more weeks go by and the owner for the first time calls me back and says the bike is almost done. Finally just today, the day that I am writing this my motorcycle is finally finished. So Cycle Mart has had my motorcycle for just about 4 months to fix a simple problem that should have been done in 1 to 2 weeks at most and still charged me $400.00. When I contiuned to ask the owner what took so long on the phone and in person he just tried to mask the answer or feed me a line that made no sense. So please beware of the is business and I hope that the BBB can do something about Cycle Mart shady business ethics!
