My car was towed with Blackwater Towing Co. after having a really bad accident. I later return to my car and found it stored inside secured. After taking some of my belongings everyone there was so helpful and even suppled me some bags. The next day I found out my car was a totaled loss I called to see if they could take my plates off and check the car for me. They was so nice to remove my parking, dump, and beach stickers they found money and glasses. So Grateful who does that these days. I met the owner Brian Yearly when I went to pick up my belongings he made me feel good after being so distraught over my loss. He's a really great guy and a very reputable towing company. My apartment community employs Blackwater to tow vehicles that are parked illegally according to parking regulations on the property. Over the last 2 years, I have called to have them tow over 2 dozen times and they always have an excuse as to why they can't come out: "it's too late, it's too early, we don't tow on weekdays, etc." Recently, they have flat out lied to avoid towing vehicles. In my whole life I have never come across a lazier, more apathetic towing company! read more

I called these guys on 1.5.18 after locking my keys in my car. They were actually the 2nd tow company I called after the first couldn't get my door to open. Fucking Hondas... Anyways, they arrived very shortly after I called them. The guy (I can't remember his name. Maybe, Ben?) was AMAZING! He signed his name with a #26 if that helps. He popped my lock open in less than 2 mins. It was probably 4* out and I was so exited to see that door open that I started jumping around and screaming in excitement. This guy saved the day! I've had some really bad experiences with tow companies before, especially express towing in Weymouth, they all think they are FBI agents I can't stand them, the people that work at the front desk are very rude they act like you owe them something. If I could give them no stars I would. But that's not quite how this works. I have never been run around so much on my life these people are scumbags. This is my second bad interaction with them and I thought after the first time give them the benefit of doubt because I was a little upset, but nope this time was even worst someone suppose to be at the office at 730 not true they told me I had to wait 20 mins in outside in the dead of winter for a driver while my child and oh yea I'm 9 months pregnant. Then they told me my car is not where they said it would be but a driver had to take me to it. But only one of us could get in the tow truck. So who's it gonna be me or my 4 year old. So I took an Uber to the new location guess what my car wasn't there either. These people are scumbags they need to be put out of business read more

My grandmother called tonight to get a tow from the south shore up to Weymouth.. The man who answered was rude and berated her. He made her cry and refused to come and help. She said he also cursed at her when she told them a real man would come and help a little old lady.. I won't say what he told her to go and do to herself.. She is still sitting there trying to find a tow company.. The sad part is she was given their number by one of their relatives.. I was at work when my Volvo had a stick tire and had to be towed. We called AAA and Blackwater Towing cam. Since I was still on the clock, and couldn't assist- so my father spoke with the tow truck and they came to the conclusion that they had to get another car (the back tire was out, and could not traditionally tow it). Since my family does not tow regularly, we obeyed when they told us to pay and took our keys. The worker then left WITH the keys to our car and our payment. At this point I was working in a gated in area, busy, although I was able to see everyone clearly. About 45 minutes later, the correct car from a different company and came, and was told that the payment and the keys would be in the car. (Both the payment and the keys were with the original Blackwater worker). The tow man from the second company was displeased and left, letting us know that the original Blackwater tow man was NOT supposed to leave under such circumstances (keys and payment). When returning home (the car still at my workplace, because the second company couldn't take the car), my mother called and told us that Blackwater called her, claiming we did not pay- so she gave them her credit card information (I mean, she knew we had the car towed and must've assumed miscommunication). Due to Blackwater, they charged is TWICE, took our keys and scammed another tow company out of a job that would made everything SO much simpler. read more

My truck wouldn't start, the starter was just clicking, 2013 Santa fe, I called blackwell to tow it from my home in abington to obriens car care. They arrived in 30 minutes, joe asked me the problem, said it just needs a jump and probably a new battery. He was right, saved me 300 for a new starter and 65 for a tow. DONT HIRE THEM THEY ARE SCUMBAGS, they towed a car from a private property community wether hired or not idc from parking NOT labeled permit or visitor parking, then a man walking around my parking lot in a red tshirt was looking at cars I asked are you looking for your car? He said no I said do you live here he said no I said do you work for the towing company he said no, then I said so why are you here? Get off my community property he told to go away so I called the police. Rude disrespectful, doesn't wear work shirts which should be mandatory by a towing company and looking at cars with lights and no answer to who you are. They have also been seen by other community members checking to see if the cars are unlocked as well, who know probably stealing as well as towing to make 150$ they have also been noticed smoking weed and smelling like weed while towing cars from our community as said by other people who live here. They are rude disrespectful and when asked since thy don't live here or work for the community to leave I was told to fuck off and mind my own business so I called the police. Horrible company not worth using them if you're a community hire a more respectful and established company oh and even the owner of the company who was driving said oh I'm he owner idc and told me I'd need a police officer to come get my car with me, you have no right or ownership over that car to say that and your job is to tow and release so good try buddy, he probably isn't even the owner either just saying that! !
