One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Thumbs Up hadn't come. Thank you so much!

I can't believe this place doesn't have any reviews yet. I just went into the store for a minute…read moreand came out to my car not starting at all, no clicking or anything. So I called AAA and they said that they would send out one of their contracted companies. The woman that I spoke to from AAA told me it would be about an hour wait. Not 15 minutes later did a nice gentleman show up, and within five minutes he had my car going again!! He was even nice enough to let me observe what he was doing, because I realized while I was waiting, that at almost 35 years old I should probably know a little something about what to do in this situation. He didn't seem annoyed at all with the plethora of questions I was asking him and I can only imagine how obnoxious they must have been because I literally know nothing about cars. Just wanted to make sure to say thank you!! I wish I got the man's name that came out to help me, but I was just SO excited that I wasn't stranded in a parking lot anymore.

Cold weather by now. Car won't start. Called AAA, Shaheens came out said all is well but battery is bad. Called AAA and asked how a 6 month old battery can go bad so fast. I was told to go to a mechanic and have the battery checked and send printout to them to verify it is actually the battery that is at fault. Not doing this. They should have relied on techs report of good charging system but bad battery. So I am buying a new battery today. No problem I am also not renewing with AAA ever again. By the way the battery that was installed was not even the correct cranking amps for my car.
