I need to get my vehicle inspected and called to see what time they were open until during the week. Their close time doesn't work with my schedule so I asked what time they were open on Saturdays... I was told until 12:30 so I asked what time they opened at on Saturday. The gentlemen VERY RUDELY said OH MY GOODNESS!!!! 8:30! I have gone here for the last 4 years as they are usually very nice... I will definitely not be going back here anymore with how rudely I was treated on the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would! read more

Had twins about 9 months ago. Brought my car down the street to direct tire to make sure it was safe and becaus they make you feel taken care of when they text you videos and all. The guy told me I needed front and back brakes and rotors immediately. They also made me concerned about a few other things as well as an electrical issue. With it being electrical I thought it best to take it to the dealership. While I was there I asked about the brakes and the all expensive dealership told me they were fine. I think direct tire quoted me 2 grandish. I went in for an oil change at mobile medway and the guy told me to get the back brakes done soon and he told me it would be like 375. About a week went by then I felt them grinding. Even though its mobile the guys there seem to care. Front of house is a bit scattered but the mechanics are cool. All in all this place seems straight up. Thanks! read more

I can't say enough about these folks. I've been bringing my car there for over five years, they always fix the issues as honestly as possible not trying to upsell. Even far more impressive, twice they've saved me thousands by letting me know that the issue my car was having was probably covered under recall warranties (once with leaking piston oil rings and once on a leaky air conditioner compressor). I never go anywhere else - can't recommend them enough. read more

They are thieves They said price and the time to pay it's totally deferent price Very bad service and very bad customer services Never back again read more

I had my car inspected here and like the previous reviewer I was told I needed new wipers. I had just replaced them 3 months before during a routine oil change at the dealer but they showed me wiper blades that were splitting. I advised that I would go back to the dealer since it "must be a defect" since they were relatively new. Without agreeing to replaceing the wipers I was told I would get a rejection sticker. I agreed to the wipers to avoid having to deal with getting the car re-inspected and I asked for the old wipers back. I was told they would put them on the passenger floor mat for me. When I got into my car and nearly ready to drive away I realized that the wipers were not in the car and quickly returned. I made them fish them out of the trash for me. When I brought them to the dealer I was told that they clearly had been "screwed with". Being a loyal customer the dealer took them back and gave me a full refund. What this has taught me is not to trust this gas station. read more

This is my go to place for all things cars. I know nothing about cars except for that I'm not the best driver and am constantly in need of advice/help. Mark has saved my butt too many times to count with oil changes, inspections, wiring issues, and pretty much anything else you could think of. John helped me get rid of my shitty starter car when it was on its last legs. These guys are life savers. As long as I am in this area of Massachusetts, I won't ever trust anyone else with my car! read more

Absolutely abysmal service. I went in to get my vehicle inspection done only for the attendant to scoff at me as I "should have known" today was only a half day. Needless to say never going back here and neither should you. Give your money to people that deserve it. read more

I just left this place after trying to get a sticker they told me I had to remove something from the front of the car and I asked to see the law about the issue and he told me he didn't have to show me shot. We proceeded to have words and I told him he was a poor excuse for a business and started to leave when he thought I couldn't hear him he called me a faggot. I jumped out of the car after him and was helped back by others where he grabbed a pipe to assault me with. I said he was going to call the cops and I told him to do so as I would have him arrested for a hate crime. I will not let this go I will calling the owner and if no satisfaction there I will go to the next step read more

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had my car inspected there, and there was all kinds of fishy stuff going on. They insisted I needed new wipers, when the ones I had were almost brand new. They offered to let me see them, and it looked like they had sliced them with a knife. I told them I would only buy new wipers there if they had Bosch Icon wipers - I'm very picky when it comes to seeing clearly in all weather. I was willing to take the Rejection sticker to get the best wipers elsewhere and come back. They promised that's what they would put on, and charged me $50 - and I come out to find terrible wipers that fall off constantly, which I had to replace anyway. I used to buy gas here, but don't even do that anymore - I just don't trust them. read more

Terrible place of business. The owner is the most shady, dishonest & rude person I've ever met. Got my vehicle serviced here once & will never return nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The mechanic Mark I think his name is but he was just as rude as the owner. Terrible way to treat customers. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst experience ever getting gas, I feel so disrespected. I pulled up at 9pm and the worker was outside emptying trashes and I was unsure what time they closed. I rolled down my window and kindly asked and got the rudest response ever which was so unnecessary. I then tried using my card and it said see attendant so I went back up to him and asked for help and he denied me help. Keep in mind my car was on empty. I left and will never be back again and don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with an asshole. read more

I'm not sure why all the animosity over the inspection stickers, and I am not going to refute any other review. However I have had nothing but great experiences at this station. Only twice (out of six state inspections on two different cars) has the recommendation been made to replace my wipers. I have brought my car there because other mechanics have tried to pull fast ones on me, while Mark has been open and up front on what needs to be done and what either doesn't or could wait. He has recommended that instead of pushing for a whole brake job to be done, that the front needs to be done ASAP, but the rear could wait an additional "x" months. Where other mechanics have done shoddy patch up work, Mark has fixed it and at a very reasonable cost. I would and have certainly recommended this shop to other residents in Medway. read more

If you need service on your vehicle and want to deal with a garage that is honest and has integrity then you have found them. I have brought my car here several times and each time I walk out thinking really?? My most recent problem was after the storm from hell on Tuesday. I ended up going through a flooded area, the water was so high and my car started making whistling and grinding sounds. I called and brought my car in and after hearing horror stories about water in the engine and the electric system from others who brought their cars to other mechanics I was terrified. I picked up my car and it was $25 to fix a bent cover on the under carriage. I was so grateful that I brought my car here. I have brought my car in other times and the same thing. I needed new brakes and they did them for $400 less than the dealer and they did a better job. It is so nice to be able to have confidence in not only their business philosophy but in their quality workmanship. read more

Last year I had my car inspected here, and after the inspection, the owner came and asked me if I would like to sell my car. He said he buys cars for an outfit that sends them overseas to Africa. I wasn't selling then, but just this week I bought a new car and was ready to sell the old one. I brought the car in, he looked at it and offered a price, which we agreed on. I had to leave to arrange a ride home after dropping off the car, so I came back about an hour later, with the title. The woman at the counter saw me pull out the title and said something like, I'll have him come and show you where to sign. I had already filled in the odometer reading and the sales price. When he saw I had filled in those numbers, he said to me, "No, I don't want it." We did not go through with the sale. It seemed pretty obvious to me that he was trying to do something fishy with either the odometer or the sales price. I reported the incident to the local police station but all they could do was log it in case of further complaints. Stay away, stay far away from this business! read more
