I have become a welcomed regular by the staff who are great and understand customer satisfaction. I prefer to pump at a brand name station for reliability on the gas products, as well as the content of the store (food, drink, etc.). Pricing is affordable and priced competitively with market. Many gas pumps, thus no wait. Overall, this gas station has all the requirements for convenience, reliability and affordability.

I drove to the right of the store and entered the narrow driveway to the rear to enter the car wash. I did this kind of instinctively never having been there before and with out the aid of signage or at least easily observable signage. As I drove the narrow drive behind the store I noticed a man standing behind the building smoking a cigarette (don't even get me started about that safety issue). I approached the remote pay/option kiosk in front of the car wash entrance and got ready to put my c.c. in to pay when I noticed a sign flashing across the lcd screen saying "car wash is out of order". After a minute of rattling off a flurry of cuss words I composed myself and tried to figure out how to extract myself from this predicament. There was no way to back into any kind of turn around spot so I was forced to back out the entire driveway of curves and straightaway's until reaching the front of the building and the gas pumps. The same gentleman was still puffing on his cigarette as I backed out and I said "thanks for telling me it was out of order on my way in" I got no reply, he just stared at me as if to say he didn't understand what I meant. Once back out of the maze I looked carefully around for signage that I must have missed thinking that if I did miss the big sign saying Out of Order I'm a total A-hole. Nothing, not one sign to alert would be patrons of the situation ahead. I would not recommend this gas station/car wash to my worst enemy... well maybe.

I think direct tire quoted me 2 grandish. I went in for an oil change at mobile medway and the guy told me to get the back brakes done soon and he told me it would be like 375. About a week went by then I felt them grinding. Even though its mobile the guys there seem to care. Front of house is a bit scattered but the mechanics are cool. I went to Paul's for the first time and have to say I totally disagree with the previous comments…read moreabout his prices. I manage finances for a chain of gas stations that also do repair work but currently commute 2 hours to work so I couldn't go there to have my car fixed since my car was not drivable. My brother and father are both car mechanics and they looked into the parts I would need to fix the issue with my vehicle. They said that it costs $45 retail and that's not even the cheapest option. My brother diagnosed my car and told me to mention spark plugs and coils to him as needing to be fixed. I asked Paul to diagnose it and I didn't hear from him until he called to tell me it was fixed for $213 ($100 of which was labor). That means that, before tax, the ONE coil he fixed was $106. He even mentioned there are cheaper coils out there but they aren't like this one. I was never consulted about this and would have opted for a cheaper coil since it's an older car with a lot of miles that I'm hoping to get rid of in the next month or so. Paul is extremely friendly but considering he doesn't have a true POS system, his prices are very high (this coming from someone that sees the wholesale prices of parts and how other body shops operate).

I immediately Yelped them, and got really concerned by the reviews here. However before I could contact Amex about a diff tow company, I got a call that they were 5 mins out. Either way Andy arrived shortly, and went about prepping my car to be loaded on the flat bed. As my car is quite low with a front lip, I was a little worried this wouldn't work out. Andy took more ramps out of his truck (talk about prepared) and went ahead to guide me up the ramp. Car cleared perfectly. We drove together to the workshop of my choice, and he didn't speed, followed all traffic signs, and gave himself a huge following distance behind traffic. Unloading went as smoothly as loading. I left all my information on the contact site and waited for an email, text or call. Everyone is understaffed these days so I was waiting patiently. But I never heard anything back from them. I'm still researching chairs and I'm not eager to get one online with out seeing it first. However, I need a chair. I tried to give my money to the brick and mortar store but it was a total failure. When there are no more stores available, it will be because of situations like this. Obviously I can't rate how you'll be treated if you go there to shop. But most people I know that are actively looking are not capable of going because they don't have any chair and/or are home bound.
