He made the easy and acceptable to fit my budget. The only disappointment I had was when I checked out what I actually paid it was a little more than what was advertised on carfax; not sure if it was because the sakes tax might have been added. Also, after I bought the car I became aware that there was a recall on the model. Erwin has been very good about answering my questions and helping me through every step of the process

I've had to CLEAN OILY GRIM AND DIRTY FINGER PRINTS out and off my car after spending OVER a THOUSAND dollars here on TWO different occasions. Also I was lied to over the phone about the car having an alignment done to it when come to find out it wasn't even performed. Went to pick up my car and it was literally driving the exact same way it was when I dropped it off and they said it was fixed... did they even test drive it? I don't believe it one bit. They completely over filled my power steering fluid to the point that fluid was leaking out past the cap/top of reservoir and I had to clean it / take some out . Tell me why it has a min / max fill line on side if it ? Just completely ignore that ok got it . Also it's not ok to park it like shit close as hell to another car in the lot so I can barely open the door / have to squeeze into it when picking it up after spending almost $ 2,000. Don't park it like a half ass dick. Yeah you have a small lot but try harder for your customers!! Never going back here and you shouldn't either !! It's no wonder this place is buried behind 3 other businesses all the way up a hill way out back .... So they can get away with doing shady shit.
