Those Richard and Donna characters are unpleasant and unprofessional. The employees left my drivers seat disgusting with grease all over. The screws were not screwed on. I went to my regular mechanic to check their work afterwards. They text me to grab the car after hours on a Friday. I tried calling the shop & Donna personal cell because I had a $100 deductible. Nobody answered. Even while they had my car they would decline my calls and I didn't call daily at all. I would leave messages and nobody responded. Monday after I picked up my car they started texting me about the deductible. I gave them the same treatment they gave me as I called for updates on my vehicle. They had my car from 8/3-8/21 (not their fault). The richard guy starts calling me 8 times in a row leaving messages that he is calling regarding my court date.
