Let me start this review by stating that for nearly 50 years there is NOTHING I have hated more…read morethan shopping for and purchasing a new vehicle. HOWEVER, this was my BEST experience ever. I began by researching and deciding what kind of vehicle we wanted and about what we wanted to spend and started searching online. Through CARS.COM we located a perfect match about an hour away at 123 Village Auto Sales and called to make sure it was still available before driving that far. When we called Gerry answered the phone and when we told him which car we were interested in and where we would be coming from he told it was available and went on to inform us not only all the great things about this vehicle but also the several issues with it because it didn't want us driving down if the issues were going to be a problem. This was a pleasant surprise compared to what I have dealt with in the past - auto salesmen doing everything just to get you to their lot. We drove down immediately after the car and loved the vehicle - it was everything he told us. Gerry guided us to a bank that would finance the vehicle and walked us through the process. He insisted we tell him any concerns we had so he could get the vehicle ready while took care of our end and we wrapped everything up in a few days. We love out 2015 Subaru Forester. We have had it for about five months now and have had absolutely no issues with it NOR have we found anything that we weren't fully made aware of by Gerry. Car we test drive was not the car we received. Miles on our paperwork said 35, (the one we test drove) car we received had 20 miles and many issues. We tried to work with them to resolve issues, and we put no time frames on them to get the job done right. We were hung up on, lied to by the service department on multiple occasions, and body shop for not fix all of our issues.
