The trunk was never even opened i could tell because leaves were still in the door jamb of the trunk. The wimdows were hazy and i could barely see through them. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. I call mad mike to tell him about it and he tells me it was because i didnt purchase theur "top detailing package" i asked how much that was. He said another 475. I told him if 375 got me what im looking at now how would another 100 fix that? He had no answer. He offered to "help" me out and make sure i was "happy" but only if i pay another 100 to uograde the package. Hard pass mad mike. He is so obviously, a union stoonad. Probably a mafia guy, who knows. He seemed like the type. I go and talk to a friend at the a.g. office about my experience. The quality of their work is impeccable, the staff is very accessible by phone, and they are excellent communicators. Their shop is clean and organized. The whole operation seems very professional. Unlike some others in the area (see my other reviews), I would not hesitate to refer other friends to Detailz for custom audio and auto detailing. Most recently, my wife's car was restored to nearly new despite the fact that my kids are pigs and spill yogurt and apple juice all over the place. The leather was clean and conditioned, carpets were REALLY shampooed, and I think they might have even treated the windshield with RainX or something similar. Total attention was given...The car even smelled good, but not like it was perfumed, more like it was just nice and clean. Detailz exceeded my expectations and provided a good value for the money.
