We got off at the Norton exit and was directed to High Tech Auto. I spoke with Andy and Mike who stated they could fix the tire once they free a mechanic up. Once the car was in the lift it was realized the tire could not be repaired it was an inner side wall gash about 2 inches long. Knowing we would be stuck and My wife was not feeling well, they went and found run flat tires that matched the ones on the car already and went in their personal vehicle to the warehouse to get them. It's a very busy garage and doing this showed me they truly care. They were very reasonable with price and worked quickly to get us on our way. The kindness they showed was genuine and we were treated like a long time customer. So much so in-fact that when we replace the rear tires we will go back to High Tech in Norton to give them business. The garage has nice new equipment was clean in the work areas as well as a nice clean waiting area and bathrooms. I want to say thank you again to Andy and Mike. You are both very appreciated. When I went in to pay a different man helped at the counter and he too was very nice and had a nice personal conversation with him. So I went today for my four new tires. I asked for the tech who would be working on my vehicle to wear a mask and gloves while in the vehicle because of Covid. They did not have a problem with the request and even stated they had already sprayed the bay right before my arrival. There were three service men that were there and all were very pleasant and offered advice regarding their free tire services which I didn't even know I was eligible for. The car seemed ok as I drove home. Should the tires fall off, I'll update the review, but for now, very pleased. Side note, my vehicle had a bad nut?, apparently it was stripped by a shop I had previously brought it to for brakes/struts. They told me how to get a new nut? from the company and not the dealership (where they would charge huge money.)
