I was amazed at the way Santiago talked to him, no pressure, explained the cars and showed him the differences. And, did I say there was no pressure? Once we sat down and looked at numbers, we were still a bit off. We left for the night. On the way home, we talked about how much we liked Santiago and I told my son how different he was from most car salesmen. He was not pushy, putting pressure on you, jumping to a more expensive car - he respected what you told him. The next day, a lot sooner than expected, Mastria Mazda and Santiago sold 2 cars -one to me and one to my son :) Santiago then spent a good hour sitting in the car with us, going over all the technology. They did repair the car after they looked at cameras and they showed no damage on arrival. They had the car for a week. No loaner and it was a major inconvenience for my family. We picked up car and they tried to charge for oil change. I couldn't believe it for 2 reasons. When we purchased the car at Mastria we pre-purchased oil changes and every time we go in they still try to charge us. And obviously you would think a good dealership would comp the oil change after the hassle they caused a loyal customer. Go to another dealership. He spent time answering our questions, priced his vehicles fairly, and it is very obvious that he puts a lot of care and effort into finding quality used cars for his customers. Brent had the nerve to tell me that dealers "don't negotiate on the price anymore."That's funny given the fact that I just had another dealer come down $1300... He then went on to say that he could've told me that it was $900 and could've pocketed the extra $300. WHO SAYS THAT?!? Brent also said that he was having a mechanic come in to look at a specific concern that I had. When I asked him to send me the documentation of the diagnostic report, he sent me a dead link. For the first car, they helped me get financing (Crescent Credit Union in Brockton), which worked out great. I also got a pre-purchase inspection on that first car, and told them about a few hundred dollars' worth of minor repairs that the third-party mechanic pointed out. They took care of them without any hassle. Both times I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted. (I will only drive stick-shifts, so I'm picky that way.) So I can't opine on what it's like to "shop around" there. But both of my experiences were great, with no surprises.

So we did, but here's the kicker, he did NOT mention anything about it being non refundable because why the hell else would i put $500 down to not get it back possibly?!?! so called him up and told him we weren't interested and he said he would refund us and yelled at us the whole time and hung up mid convo. a week goes by and still no refund on the card. call back and explain we haven't see it yet and he starts yelling again saying it's non refundable after he said he would last week and hangs up mid talking AGAIN. who the hell raised this guy? he sends us over to his secretary so he dosent have to deal with us, who was surprisingly not rude, but she tells us she has no say in the refund so why did he even bother sending us to her? finally she calls back and tells us to come in for a refund. when this could have just happened from the start?!why was this a whole issue when it could have just been refunded properly a week ago. this guy needs an attitude adjustment. so extremely shady and just a money hungry pig. mind you the car was junk he was trying to sell for an outrageous price. i really recommend you to save your time and money and go elsewhere unless you want to be out of hundreds of dollars for not wanting junk and also get attitude from an adult baby then definitely go there. pathetic.

I've had a few very minor issues with the vehicle after the sale, but my salesperson Mark quickly accommodated every one of those issues. Mark is very efficient. If I phone the dealership, he answers or returns my calls right away. For the minor fixes, he has taken my vehicle in immediately without any hesitation. BUYER BEWARE!!! I…read morepicked up my new to me 2015 Jeep Wrangler on a Friday night, pulled out and pulled right back in as it had a noise it did not have during the test drive. Was told by Dan that is just how Wranglers sound. Saturday morning I didnt feel safe and stopped driving it as the noise kept getting louder and felt like the car was going to just fall apart. They told me to bring it back to them for the sticker which I knew would fail as the noise and shaking it was doing I knew something was not right. Shocking they took it to Sullivan Tire in Bridgewater and it passed. I then asked about the noise again and Mike said " you own it now you can bring it wherever you want". Drove it straight to a Jeep dealer and they said I am lucky I didnt drive it much as there was 5k in work that needed to be done and it was all safety issues !! THE CAR SHOULD NOT HAVE PASSED INSPECTION! They must pay off Sullivan tire to pass cars. It was towed from Jeep back to my house so I could talk to them face to face about these safety issues. Once I spoke to them they came to my house to pick the jeep up. They agreed to fix all the issues but wanted to do the work themselves which was fine I just wanted a car that was safe to drive with my family. They then called a week later and said it was ready but when I asked Mike for a copy of what was fixed he said he couldnt give me anything but started listing off everything they fixed. I just wanted the car back so didnt want to argue. I was also told it was personally driven on the highway and there were no issues. I also asked Mike why there was no coolant in the car when I checked Saturday morning and he advised me HIS MECHANIC didnt bleed the lines correctly. He also stated after he picked up the Jeep from my house he called Dan and said there is something really wrong with this Jeep. Well what do you know I pull out and the car doesnt even drive straight!!! I am all over the road. I am defiantly not bringing it back there as now I have owned a car for 15 days and havent been able to drive it. Get it looked at again and was told they didnt replace some bearings and the steering column was barely on which is why the car was all over the road. Also, once i got it back i had a lot of new scratches on the paint as well. No way was I bringing this back to AUTO CITY to have them fix this issue just to have them F up something else so I am paying out of pocket to fix the other safety issues that were not fixed. I regret ever giving this company my business. STAY AWAY!! I would list everything that was wrong with it but I do not have the invoice from Jeep on hand showing everything that needed to be fixed.
