This review is based on my personal experience. The sales process may feel fine initially, but in my experience, the real test is how things are handled after the purchase--and that's where my experience was very disappointing. I purchased my vehicle in December 2025 and was promised, in writing by the General Manager, that I would receive an extra key at cost. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of delays and repeated follow-ups. I was asked to provide proof of this agreement four separate times, even though I had the original text message from the General Manager. In my experience, it was unnecessarily difficult to get the dealership to honor what had already been agreed to. When I went in to resolve the issue, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My interactions with both the service department and sales staff felt dismissive, and I left without confidence that the situation was being handled appropriately. Overall, my experience was that once the sale was completed, communication and follow-through were lacking. It took several months to finally receive the second key I had been promised. I had previously leased a Jeep from this dealership and returned expecting a better experience when purchasing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not return to this dealership. I encourage others to review feedback carefully before making a decision.

It was great during the test drive on very snowy roads (February 2026), and it's driven perfectly since then. Chaz Reynolds was pleasant and easy to work with, and didn't drag things out. All of the terms were reasonable. The only minor stray hair was a floppy sun visor that I noticed only after bringing the car home, but I replaced that pretty easily. A smooth experience. I'd buy from Balise again.

The purchase was…read morenegotiated in advance by email and was very straightforward, but the process became confusing and frustrating due to repeated back-and-forth, inconsistent/deceptive communication, and several unexpected changes when we arrived in person. Although key details had been confirmed multiple times, the final paperwork did not match what had been agreed, including financing terms and other transaction details. There were also multiple administrative errors that required extra trips to the dealership. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dishonest, unprofessional, and it created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The details are far more egregious and too lengthy to post in this review; I will not be back.

Any negative reviews are TOTALLY undeserved. This place is a great resource for anyone who works…read moreon their own vehicles. Realize that this is a SELF-SERVICE used auto parts operation, not a full-service auto salvage yard. If you want a higher level of service (answering of phones, ability to check inventory of specific parts, etc.), then go deal with a full-service salvage yard. Just beware that a full-service yard will charge higher prices than Pick-n-Pull, and will probably not let any customers walk though their yard. Furthermore, Pick-n-Pull is open 7 days a week, which is super helpful to those of us who work a full-time on weekdays. In contrast, most full-service auto salvage yards are only open five days a week, and if they are open on Saturdays, probably only half a day. Pick-n-Pull has a great website that allows you to search for a specific VEHICLE, at a specific location. But, it would be nearly impossible to inventory specific parts on each vehicle, as each vehicle has so many parts, and parts continually get removed. You can either look up a vehicle online, or stop at the customer service counter, and they will look at the computer for you. The search will tell you which row(s) the vehicle(s) are located in. You will then be handed a map of the yard; row numbers are marked on the windows of the first vehicle in the row. Once you find your vehicle (it's easy, as the rows are not super-long), you then see if the part(s) you need are still on that vehicle ... it's fun, kind of like a treasure hunt! Don't forget to bring your own tools. I saw some other customers with wheeled carts, for carrying lots of tools or larger parts. My visit Saturday was successful; I needed specialized parts for an instrument cluster. I originally tried to get them from a car dealership, but no local dealers had them in stock. I had the dashboard of my wife's car all apart, and didn't want to wait a few days for the dealer to order the parts. Then, I remembered Pick-n-Pull, and they ended up having four cars like my wife's car, with a lot of good parts among them, included the ones I needed. Mission accomplished! I found the building, grounds and yard to be well-organized, and employees were polite and helpful. Other reviewers who complained about the $2 yard admission fee ... c'mon, you can't even buy a cup of coffee for $2 nowadays (except Cumby's). But, if you register for Pick-n-Pull's rewards club (no cost to join), they waive the yard admission charge for members. Another thing I like about Pick-n-Pull is that the vehicles are already raised up, so you don't have to jack them up to get parts underneath the chassis. Besides being a good resource for used parts, I find it's a good resource to see how various parts are assembled/disassembled, which helps educate me about my vehicles.
