I foolishly bought a 2012 Chevy equinox with around 78k miles (what I was hoping would be my secondary work vehicle) from here in May. I've not only put more miles on it driving back to Lux for repairs than I have using it for work, but I've also taken off more time in the last month than I have in the last 2 years! Within the first few days there was a loud sound whenever I put on the a/c. Brought it back for repairs (1 1/2 days with no car and 1 1/2 days off work. When I picked it up, Ron swore it was fixed. The noise started happening again on my way home .. while the a/c was OFF! I called him back and had to plan for another time during the week to take off work and drop the car back off to him. The next week, same thing 2 days with no car and another 2 days out of work. Got the car back for the second time and not only was my gas tank left of EMPTY but the noise was STILL PERSISTING! Now even louder than before & still when the a/c was both on AND off. Ron gave me some receipts that looked forged and insisted he replaced even more parts than just the tensioner belt. He tried to assure me that although the noise is still happening, it's safe to drive and the belt won't break. WHO THE HELL WANTS A VEHICLE THAT MAKES ANY TYPE OF BAD NOISE?! I asked him about my empty gas tank & why he was driving around in my car to begin with, to which he BLATANTLY LIED TO ME & stated he put 10$ in my tank..Yet I just picked it up on E?! What Ron didn't know was that I had replaced the original gas cap with one that locks with a single KEY! Therefore, there's no possible way he could have have put any gas in my gas tank! I never left the key with him. BE AWARE, THIS GUY IS A LIAR!! So again, I had to take 3 more days off work and go without a vehicle for another 3. While waiting for the day to drop the car back off, my key (the ONLY ONE I was given) got stuck in the ignition and would not come out or allow me to the car off completely. I called Ron.. he said he'd be at the shop in a few hours! Was he kidding me?! My battery would've died if I waited HOURS! He then instructed me to go to the garage he uses for all his cars, located in Brockton. I stood outside for 2 1/2 hours in 80 degree weather because this "mechanic" had a sitting room full of hoarded junk instead of somewhere for customers to wait. Eventually there was a small group of 5-6 people waiting in the parking lot out front. We are now on the 3rd attempt to fix this vehicle. Ron just texted me stating "I have a letter from the car place saying the noise is normal" !! All and all, this guy is a grimy dishonest sneaky crook.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!

    Updated review: Since my original review (see below) I gave them 3 stars but after having gone back…read moreand forth via email with the owner, I've decided to give them the benefit of the doubt on the two issues I had. The owner personally vacuumed the bugs out himself and also installed a new shield where the broken one was . There was a lack of communication, they thought I was another customer, but all in all I am happy with the purchase and with Derek. Once we return for our oil change I can further update my review to hopefully 5 stars. The one thing I still don't really agree with is the hundred dollar deductible if something goes wrong in the first 30 days I bought my car elsewhere and I didn't have that stipulation. Perhaps it's something new But I would think if something was wrong with your car within 30 days they would be happy to fix it without having a deductible. I raised it to 4 stars for the effort the owner Derek made to rectify the problems. Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW Read the reviews, decided to definitely buy a car here based on positive reviews. Chose a car, asked that Two small things be done. 1. Vacuum bugs out of back window area and 2. Repair the cracked rain shield on the drivers door. They did neither upon pickup. I was told they would have to buy 4 rain shields because they come as 4. But they would see what they could do. One on the other side is falling off too. I looked on Walmarts website and they are under $40 for 4. Was also asked to sign off that if I have to bring the car in for anything at all, even within the first 30 days, that I would be charged a $100 deductible fee. I also purchased the $1200 extra warrantee that they just added on at signing.

    We purchased a 2003 Chevy SSR last week. Derek, the owner and Eric, the GM were friendly,…read moreknowledgeable and proactive. They truly care about their customers. Trustworthy and professional. We took the car in for inspection and found that the compressor and condenser for the A/C failed. Emailed Eric immediately. He got back to us right away, told my husband they would order the compressor/condenser and replace it. Parts should be in next week. How many dealerships, wholesalers, would stand behind their reputation? This is the only one we know of. Would absolutely go back and purchase another vehicle. Highly recommend. Thank you Derek and Eric for being honest and not the typical "car salesman" mentality. Great customer service!!! Trustworthy, no hassle.
