I've had a few very minor issues with the vehicle after the sale, but my salesperson Mark quickly accommodated every one of those issues. Mark is very efficient. If I phone the dealership, he answers or returns my calls right away. For the minor fixes, he has taken my vehicle in immediately without any hesitation. I went down to Mastria Mazda with my son as he was looking to buy his first new car, but was in no…read morerush. Santiago was the salesman my son had made an appointment with that evening. I was amazed at the way Santiago talked to him, no pressure, explained the cars and showed him the differences. And, did I say there was no pressure? Once we sat down and looked at numbers, we were still a bit off. We left for the night. On the way home, we talked about how much we liked Santiago and I told my son how different he was from most car salesmen. He was not pushy, putting pressure on you, jumping to a more expensive car - he respected what you told him. The next day, a lot sooner than expected, Mastria Mazda and Santiago sold 2 cars -one to me and one to my son :) Santiago then spent a good hour sitting in the car with us, going over all the technology. He is a great guy & he is going to get a lot of recommendations from me!!

I had my 2020 Stelvio delivered. I had to end up paying part of the shipping, even though it was…read moresupposed to be free. I should've backed out at that point. My car arrived very dirty. It had traveled across several states, so that's understandable. I didn't notice any damage when I met the shipper to pick it up. I immediately went to the car wash to rinse it off, and that's when I saw that the front bumper was damaged. I notified the dealership once I got home....that same day, not 2 days later like the owner is saying. I have photos, call logs, and emails showing the date. The dealership stated it wasn't like that when it left, so they called the shipper. Of course, they say they didn't do it either, so now I am stuck with a car that was supposed to be in perfect condition, that was delivered with a damaged front bumper. The owner of the dealership told me to buy touch up paint or file it on my insurance. I still have the email where he told me this. He acted like I was overreacting. I think not. I didn't agree to buy a damaged car. I don't know if the dealership or the shipper damaged the car, but someone needs to take responsibility for the damage. Update: The car was delivered on May 31st. I STILL have not received the title, so I can register the car in Texas. I've had 2 buy 2 30 day tags so far. That's about $62. It's the only way I can legally drive the car. The dealership is in Massachusetts, but when I called the dmv, they found out the car is titled in Connecticut, so now I'm having to pay to get a duplicate title sent to me from them. NEVER AGAIN!
