His mom turned him in the next day, but I was still stuck with the problem of taking care of this accident, finding a good car that I could afford with my insurance money, and getting it registered before I left the country. In truth, it was an impossible task. Mark and Crestwood to the rescue! Not only did Mark find me a car that I could afford and that I absolutely loved, he also took care of the registration and paperwork and managed to get it all pushed through for me in time for me to catch my plane. When I returned, jet lagged, a month later and freaked out over every little noise that the car made after having to sit for 30 days without being driven, Mark was as calm and patient as a good father would've been when I called him, sometimes twice a day. and drove the car out to ask "are you sure??" Every little noise turned out to be nothing, just as he promised, and in a couple days the car was purring like a kitten. What I appreciated the most about Mark was his sensitivity, not only to the urgency of my problem, but to my state of mind and my nerves. In all the years that I have known him, he has never once made me feel like an idiot for asking even the silliest of questions. He really understands and cares about people. And he will never let you down when you place your trust in him. Do I recommend Mark and Crestwood when you want to buy a used car? That is a resounding, 100% YES!

Sold me a 2019 Jeep Compass with an active check engine light…read more I'll start with the obvious- there was a fog light out which they "fixed" (it's still out). Also, the check engine light would come on and off starting just two days after purchasing the car. Along with the light came the loss of controls to the HVAC systems as well as the radio- so if you were cold and in the mood to turn up in your vehicle in the AM, you better have that same energy when you're driving home from work or it is going to be a MISERABLE ride. So I brought it to the dealership's attention right away being mindful of lemon law restrictions in regards to how long (60 days in my case) you are covered. Now's a good time to mention that Dennis commented at one point that the lemon law would only cover safety related issues. Well now I've got no turn signals and no control of my heat as we head into a New England winter- sounds safe. As luck would have it (for Ted's), the light wasn't actively on the morning I brought it in to get checked so I was essentially turned away and told to come back (25 min. drive) the next time it came on. The next time it came on and I was available to bring the car in I did so. Now pay attention. Dennis says he'll have to have his "Jeep guy" look at it whenever he's available stating there's a chance that won't be until 5PM. He knew damn well it was going to be at 5PM because that's what ended up "happening" after my car sat in their lot all day (Dennis admitted he ended up not coming until he got out of his actual job around the corner at 5). I then receive a call at 5:45 with GREAT NEWS- the Jeep guy came, did a "software update", and the problems solved! The problem is not solved. Nothing was fixed. No f**** were given. Bottom line- I believe they were fully aware of the car's issue when I bought it and hoped the light would stay off for just a couple months (try two days). I haven't reached out again for their help just because I don't trust a thing they say or do. If you're asking me, go somewhere else! Never again.

He got back to us right away, told my husband they would order the compressor/condenser and replace it. Parts should be in next week. How many dealerships, wholesalers, would stand behind their reputation? This is the only one we know of. Would absolutely go back and purchase another vehicle. Highly recommend. Junior was very helpful and extremely respective, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had and make sure I was happy. I made an appointment to see the car later that week, however my scheduled change at the last minute and I showed up much earlier than planned and unannounced. Unfortunately Junior was out of the office running to RMV for another customer. No Problem because Mary and the other Car Connections Staff jumped right in to help me out and let me take the car for Test Drive and again more nice people. The Jeep they had was Very Clean, had a GREAT CARFAX report (which they gladly showed me, even though I had check it out myself on line with my CARFAX account before hand. The Jeep was Extremely well priced (made impossible to say no to this deal :). I left after the test drive, no pressure, handed the keys back to Mary, said thank you and told her I wanted to think about it some more and to have Junior Call me. Junior followed up with me the next day just to make sure i was taken care of ask if I had anymore question he could answer. When I decided to buy the Jeep later that day. I told Junior I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for a few days as I didn't have a ride to the dealership. Junior said no problem, he would deliver the car to my house, so Junior drove the vehicle to my house with his Wife in her car following him (for reference I live at least 60 miles from the dealership and it was after 7:30 pm) all of this so I wouldn't be troubled. BOTTOM LINE This was easily the best car buying experience I have had in 40 years! Junior and his team are OUTSTANDING. No Hassle, No Pressure.
