I took the car back as soon as I could, which was out of the 7 day warranty and they still were willing to order new pads and rotors and replace them within a day to keep a satisfied customer. We brought the van back 3 times to Hermes only for the check engine light to come back on each time we left because it needed a new catalytic converter which cost 3700 in parts alone. Yuit REFUSED to replace the catalytic converter even though the check engine light came on the same day we bought the vehicle. We have put over 10000$ towards the vehicle and the check engine light is still on due to it being a LEMON
