You posted a standard response without any true curiosity about what actually happened. I use them for oil changes but not other car services as dealers are always pricey. The only downside is side I'd say is you get a free car wash each time and my car always looks wet, but not any cleaner. Other than that, I've been very happy with silko for 15 years and 2 cars now!
