Last visit they charged me $100 to top off air in my tires, something my diesel provider does for free. $800 to repair a crack in a shower skylight. It would have cheaper to just replace it, and I now still have an old, patched skylight. Serviced the furnace and created a gas leak due to a loose fitting. I had to return ( 140 mile round trip ) and a day out of work to have it corrected.

I was able to find just the part I wanted, but couldn't tell entirely if it was the right color/fit from the photos available on Robertson's website. So I called, and discovered that there was no problem coming down, going into the yard (just need to be sure you're wearing closed-toe shoes), identifying the part and then pulling it with my own tools. The staff helped me bring it back out of the yard. I don't think that Robertson's is usually a U-Pull yard, but the point is that if you call them and are reasonable I think they'll work hard to help you out. Just what I'd expect from any service-oriented family business. Finally, I'll just add that they have A LOT more inventory than what's posted on the website. This is a huge place. And to respond to the other reviewer who's complaining about the lack of weekend hours...well, I've found that most salvage yards and old-school businesses like this are not open on weekends. That may be a bummer, but it's the industry norm, so I wouldn't take it out on this place in particular.

We received a second wrong headlight. When we called to correct the issue we were told we could not get a refund because we ordered the wrong headlight. We have the original receipt stating the correct part. I have tried to speak with a supervisor, left messages to no avail and now they are literally just ignoring our phone calls. We plan to report this business to the BBB as well as other body shops and insurance companies who also use them. This experience has been horrendous and dealing with Zach was a lesson in control that no one should have to endure. Judging by previous reviews we are not the only ones who have had to deal with the terrible customer service and complete lack of ethics of this company.

Though they didn't have the alternator I needed in stock at the time and I had to travel 1.5 miles to Advance Auto to get it, I returned to AutoZone because of Advance's ridiculously ignorant staff.
