Never again! Essentially, I was ripped off on my Honda V65 Sabre "carburetor repair." $650 and…read morechange! It didn't run right on the home. The next day I tried to start it; no good. After a couple days, I gave up for the summer; more important things to do. Last summer, it would not start at all, just an occasional cough. I was told by the owner that the "work" was only warrantied for 6 weeks. This summer I was determined to get it running. On removing the intake manifold I found mixed and damaged manifold bolts, ripped air funnels, incorrect "fuel joints", missing hose clamps, ruined float chamber drain screws and a great deal of fine to course sand. This was supposed to be a full carb rebuild! I believe these guys didn't even take this fuel system apart given the condition and position of the air funnels alone. They just stuck some carb cleaner in it, got it to kind of run and sent me on my way. Yes, it has been 2 full years but only about 25 miles. Reader, you go figure who is telling the truth.
