I have been communicating with various women via phone since October 2023and NO ONE is on the same accord. I am currently behind on payments due to me loosing a job however I have been in communication on payment plans due to me obtaining a new position. On 11/ 02/2023 I called about my payment history and asked probing questions about my loan and I was told I was able to make a payment plan and someone will call me to verify my information due to my phone number being incorrect. I gave them my new number On 11/15/2023 and 11/20/2023 Iwould have to wait until Candance my rep called me back On 11/24/2023 I spoke to Latisha and I informed her my phone was broken and they should leave me a direct number to call and she informed me someone will call me back On 11/28/2023 this morning around 10am I spoke with Candance and she informed me that my car was in repo status, however if I make a payment today I can remove the REPO status after her manager approved the amount for me to pay. REPOED my car as I was awaiting a call from a manager no less than 30 mins after me telling her I was at home and I wanted to make a payment. TWO HOURS LATER the manager called me she was RUDE and Belittling along with condescending towards me... I would like ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS PULLED DUE TO LACK IN ACCOUNTABILITY AND INFORMATION WITH THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! I gave them my new number in October however they have been calling the wrong number and I have been calling them for weeks getting the runaround. I was quoted 3 DIFFERENT AMOUNTS WITHIN 2 WEEKS. I WANT ALL OF MY CALLS PULLED!! THEY LAUGHED AT ME TALKED OVER ME CUT ME OFF AND WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I complained several times to the car salesman and he always promised that he would solve the car's problems, in the meantime I waited and after 8 months I gave up and decided to call FIRST HELP, thinking that the problems would be solved, but I was wrong, this company shows no respect for the customer (I DON'T MEAN THE EMPLOYEES, THEY EVEN ASSIST ME IN A POLITE WAY) they didn't call at the times they promised and the deadline for complaints ran out and my car was damaged. I also tried to activate the warranty but they always made up an excuse and never solved the car's problem. Because I had to spend a lot of money on the car, I ended up late on payments, but I always gave explanations to FHF. Now at the end of 2024 I became unemployed and once again I needed their help, but they no longer respond to me. I have warned them several times that they should contact me by EMAIL or through their own app. But they did not return the contact and now, in the early hours of 01/17/2025, around 2 am, I woke up with the car alarm going off and when I went to get the key to turn off the alarm, my wife came downstairs saying that they came and towed the car. I did not receive any prior notification by EMAIL, OR BY APP OR ON WHATSAPP, they simply came in the early hours of the morning without warning and took the car with all the new tools that I had bought the day before, new tools, my personal documents and other things. Now I am here complaining about their poor service and the lack of respect and consideration for customers. I am unemployed and have all my bills behind, with an eviction notice from the house where we rent. I have a 1-year-old baby and a 6-year-old girl who depend on me, and I don't think they acted correctly towards me. I will still try to get my car back, but if there is no agreement, I will obviously demand that they return all my belongings and personal documents that are in the car.

Robbie is new/young as he previously worked at Chipotle(his 1st job, we all have to start somewhere so NBD). Here's my experience: I went on CarGurus at about 2am I saw a Nissan Rogue that was perfect for me. It was priced right, so I put down a deposit online. I also scheduled an appointment and I showed up the next day about 30 minutes late(being honest always) I had the deposit down so I wasn't worried, and had been texting that morning & the night before with a person that said I'm all set to come in for a test drive... I show up and I was happy as they had it pulled up for me. As soon as I walk in, I went to the desk and told them I was here and about my deposit/appointment. I was told the vehicle "Just Sold", they were not lying, they sold the vehicle. Obviously I was unhappy, the Manager said he has over 200 vehicles on the lot and he will make it right. I will spare you all the frustration and just say I went on a ride with Robbie about 10-15 minutes away to look at a vehicle that wasn't even there(Body Shop) At this point I'm already not happy. I spent 4 hours to leave with a vehicle that had not been detailed, and there was plenty of time to detail it. The manager said "Robbie we don't sell dirty cars"... well I needed to go... 4 hours is a long time... the communication to come back and get the vehicle serviced/detailed was horrible. After they sell you a car you don't exist... think about that before buying here. The vehicle had a radio that didn't work, and I was told this upon leaving via the manager "How do you feel about not having a radio for a bit?" Apparently they swapped out a bad radio(smaller screen) for the larger working original one. Being me, I needed the vehicle as they knew I was looking to drive away with it, so I said ok. I'm skipping a lot, but I'm here now 8 days later after dropping off the vehicle Monday evening, and it's been an hour, and my vehicle is still not ready... I am beyond frustrated... I was told that it would be ready at 10am last night. I still have the voicemail. I said just have it ready by noon(My mistake). I figured giving them more time would be a good thing, and nope not ready yet... I will be posting this honest review on all platforms. Here the customer is a nobody after they have your $. Oh and I was told I need to come back to have the driver side mirror replaced as well as them checking on a minor oil leak my mechanic found after bringing it to him before dropping it back off. This is unacceptable... sorry for the long review, but I want everyone to know there is Zero customer service or follow up after they have your money. This is exactly what happened... BUYER BEWARE!!! Oh and guess what they finally bring the Jeep out to me. It hasn't been detailed, the new radio is in it, but the odometer is still blinking. Passenger door mirror is still broken... this place is so useless after waiting an hour I finally walked inside as I'm sick and am waiting outside out of courtesy. I was not happy, to say the least. It ended with an exchange of F words with the MANGER Tom... is this really how you do business...and he said he was calling the cops on me... seems like this wasn't the 1st time this happened, if I wasn't in such a rush I would have love to stay and see how that would of played out. Totally showed their true colors in the end... I will now have to get this all fixed, get it detailed, and sue them for the $... I have never sued anyone in my life. You sure you want to go here... just for the record. I am a local business owner for 20+ years. I've never been treated this way...

Listen i hate the thought of buying a car as much as the next man but with this team it was a walk in the park. From John and his son Jimmy to the sales representative to the team of technicians i was greated with smiles and warm welcome. ​last time I bought from them was 2020 and my car drove like a dream. I drove that beautiful machine into an early grave due to my job putting an additional 120,000 miles on it. I was surprised when I came in for another car and the sales rep from 6 years ago, Rocco, remembered me. This time I worked with Eric and he was delightful. He worked with me patiently while we were trying to hit a monthly financing number that I was comfortable with. Lets just say we hit it because im now driving a super nice, clean, well oiled Honda CRV! So here is my message to anyone looking to buy a car from John's Auto Sales. Buy your next car and you wont buy from anyone else ever again. I guarantee it! They had my vote last time and they have it again this time for sure. During the test-drive, everything seemed fine…read more Keep in mind, it was in Boston at rush hour, so I probably never got it up over 20 MPH. But when I got it on the road to bring it home, the transmission was banging, the suspension was very soft, and the brakes were awful. I brought it back, and they fixed a lot of what was wrong with it. They loaned me a real BEATER to get by with while my van was being worked on. They even said they had the transmission "Serviced" (Whatever that means)... But the transmission continued to bang. Slowly getting worse. I wasn't able to bring it back again because of logistical reasons. I was suspicious about the transmission from day 1. Now, it is shot and needs to be rebuilt. I should have just returned it and cancelled the sale. Hindsight is 20-20. NEVER AGAIN.
