So I'm giving this a two because the people were nice but the service COULD'VE been better…read more So, I had reached out due to them being recommended, they had told me I could drop my car off in the morning and it would be done by the end of the day. No problem, I dropped my car off, went to work and around 2/2:30 I had called to see if it had been done because I would be returning to my office and would be done with work. They told me they would check on it and call me back, I waited about a 30/40 minutes to not recieve a call back, so I followed up, only to be told it was just going in NOW. Now it's 3:15/20, my car was supposed to be seen in the morning? Anyways, the job took about 15/20minutes until I was told that it was done, now it's 4, I've waited all day + some for a 15minute job. Paid my dues went on with my day, no problem Flash forward needing a new oil change, I go to a different shop, closer to home and he pops up from under my car and tells me to not go back to where I went (which is Norwood Auto) because the filter (the dirty one) was not for my car, that it was the correct size but not for my car, meaning it fit, it just shouldn't have been in my car.) THE CLEAN ONE, is supposed to be in MY car. I'm confused and disheartened that a 15/20min job took all day to be seen, with an incorrect part used and overall was rushed with lack of communication? Sure money is money but make sure to LOVE your job before committing to it. I had just bought this car after years of not having one, this was my first oil change that I had to do on my own, and I just feel like not enough pride was taken into doing the job, maybe I wasn't seen as a serious person due to how young I am? But now recommended to never return here definitely doesn't sit well with me. Hope y'all do better.

This is not a huge convenience store and does not have what more and more of gas station stores carry in these days (those new Cumberland Farms are amazing....). Additionally, Stop&Shop points are accepted here (and any other Shell). If you shop at Stop&Shop and use your card, for every $100 spent you will get 10 cents off each gallon. I'm normally able to save around $.30 or possibly more. This is also the only gas station for miles on the Northbound side of Route 1 / Providence Highway. The next closest station on Providence Highway is the Stop&Shop station in Dedham, at the Dedham Mall (5 minutes down the road). If you are on the southbound side, use the other Shell in Westwood..... they are great too! 5 stars.
