The staff are friendly and the service is efficient. They go out of the way to go the extra mile and adjust as needed. Really detailed in terms of making sure you feel comfortable in your rental and with the terms of the agreement. Only downside is no after hours drop off but given the small size of the lot, I understand. Will definitely be returning for any future rental needs!

Last week, I was involved in an accident with my vehicle and needed a rental asap, as my job is car dependent. I was injured and stressed out and Matt, one of the managers, ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The young man who drove the car up for me, was also kind and accomodating; showed me some of the vehicle's quirks and ensured I had a snow brush in the event of inclement weather. They even gave me a lift back to the auto body shop I had my car fixed, which wasn't necessary but very appreciated. The 2016 Chevy Malibu I rented was terrific. Didn't want to bring it back. I highly recommend this Enterprise. Once again, I must say, outstanding customer service. Could not have been treated any better. In the future this is the only place I will rent an automobile from.

Because of the policy of no SUV's to Canada I had to swap out the Nissan Rogue for an older Elantra. I was pleasantly surprised how well the car drove but it had a smoker's smell I couldn't get rid of. 25 dollars worth of odor control was not enough. Honestly this car should only be rented to smokers. When I came back I swapped it out for a pretty nice Volkswagen Atlas. Great vehicle but smelled like Cheech and Chong had been driving it. I like Enterprise and Luke was great but I think the cars being rented out at this location must have a higher percentage of people who smoke. Quick in and out process.

DO NOT RENT ... they give cars out that have expired inspection and registration cars they rent out…read morewithout checking. So first thing first i went to even rent a car because i was in a car accident the first car i got it was NH plates and i seen myself after driving it for 3days the inspection was 2 months expired they gave me a new car i had it for a few weeks gave it back i had to re rent because my car was not fixed i get a car with Pennsylvania plates getting off work one night i get pulled over at 2:00am to find out the registration was expired the officer was nice enough to let me go and not tow the car and said himself "this is embarrassing im sorry this happened to you" and let me leave to go to them the next day. I will NEVER BE BACK to rent another car and i hope they fix the problem and the system they shouldnt be able to rent the cars out if its not 100% serviced
